Good quality, delivery, and setup
We are happy with this purchase. Only had it for about 2 weeks so it is still too early to know about the long-term quality.
It is medium-firm and I find it comfy and it supports me (15st ish) very well but it is a bit too firm for my wife (9st). Perhaps it will soften with time.
There is lots of storage space under the bed and we like that it is split 50/50 so it keeps my stuff separate from my wife’s.
The only reason for 4 stars is that the mattress is very heavy and it is not easy to lift it up. It is not really an issue for us but it should be a consideration if this is going to be for an elderly person.

Ottoman just ok I had to wait for it to be made not a good finish loads of threads. mattress great didn’t realise my old memory foam was so bad. Just a couple of things to take note of . This mattress is very heavy and also needs fitted sheets with the deepest tuck under 32/35. If using the ottoman with the mattress it does make the bed high. I had to get duvets 2 sizes bigger to get it to hang over.

Absolutely disgusted with thinkassemble.co.uk customer service. The team who delivered and assembled the bed were very professional and did a good job but there were some marks on the base which I reported at the time. I had ordered the medium/soft mattress but there is nothing soft about it. Thought we might have received the wrong mattress so contacted thinkassemble.co.uk via their online chat to discuss this and the marks on the base. They requested lots of photos which I sent straight away and they said they would forward to the relevant team who would be in touch. It has now been 2 weeks and the only correspondence I have had is an email saying that the relevant team would be in touch. I sent several follow up emails asking when I should expect to hear from them but have had no response and am still waiting. So disappointed that thinkassemble.co.uk customer service have made absolutely no attempt to resolve the issues.

Ottoman bed
Very comfortable bed and mattress. Love the ottoman part but can be difficult to open sometimes – once started it glides smoothly open and closed but just needs some effort to start off. As someone with mobility challenges it would have been better if it could have been opened and closed with a remote control.

The bed is really comfy and looks great. It is a bit higher than expected. So glad we went for the firmer option; you still sink into the geltex layer.

Great beds, but….
Great bed with lots of storage in the Ottoman. The delivery of our 3 new beds was however fraught. For some reason only 1 bed assembly was included and the delivery guys weren’t budging. I complained to thinkassemble.co.uk and another delivery crew came the following day, however they too were only expecting to assemble 1 frame. Further call to thinkassemble.co.uk and they did stay to do the remaining bed. Having looked at their assembly though I can say it was bodged and didn’t follow the instructions. One day I’ll get round to sorting it out. The lesson I learned from that experience was just raise individual orders for each bed if ordering more than 1. The other thing I would say is that the mattresses are extremely heavy and bulky. You probably won’t be able to carry it alone up any stairs.
After 3 months of use I’d say we are happy overall with the quality and comfort of the beds, they are quite high off the floor so bear that in mind if considering purchase.
