Superking Bed and mattress
Lovely bed and mattress. However we paid for installation. They questioned whether I had paid for that as they quickly wanted to leave the scene. Couldn’t get mattress upstairs so be aware if you order a superking as it weighs 67kg we had to do this ourselves. Has to put rachet straps on to try bend the mattress a little which wasnt impossible. Fitters didnt bring enough screws to fasten headboard on properly said there were only 2 which I questioned as it was loosel floppy on a 6ft x 6ft headboard. When in fact there were 4 holes (2 on each side of base). They left it as it was . We then found the screws fastened under the back of the headboard. So did it ourselves. Not the best customer service.

The mattress is pretty firm so may not be for everyone it is also quite high. I have found it comfortable and my sleep has improved.
