Great Support & Comfort
Nice & firm mattress. Excellent support & comfort. But it did carry a smell that I think it’s going to last a month or two.

Super king mattress
This mattress is described as being a medium/firm. I would say it’s definitely firm.
So far only spent 15 nights on it and let’s just say we are still getting used to it. Have had back pain on some occasions on waking but not sure if that’s because we were used to our old mattress. Will give it another month and if not more comfortable we will be returning it. It says it’s a non turn mattress but the advice is to rotate it every week for first month and then once a month.

Very Comfortable
So far so good. Early days, only 8 nights of use so far but it feels very smooth, comfortable and yet suitably firm. My concern will be that a mattress with a lot of foam may lose its shape but there is no indication that this will happen here though as I say, very early days. Delivery was excellent with the whole mattress compressed in a box!

I highly recommend this mattress. It’s super comfy, more firm than medium and not a bad price. Looks like it’s just a topper when you first unroll it but it fills out pretty quickly.

Firm favorite!
This mattress is a savior! It is listed as medium/firm but be aware it is very much more on the firm side which is perfect for me. I’m a shift worker so when I get home late I don’t disturb my partner so much when getting in bed. Highly recommend this mattress to those with lower back and/or shoulder problems like myself. I’m not waking up in agony middle of the night.

Excellent nights sleep
Left the mattress 72hrs to breath and get rid of the new mattress smell. Really comfy and supportive, would definitely recommend. Would just say though, the delivery man would not take up to the bedroom, ‘not allowed’ even though I did say I was a woman on her own, wouldn’t budge. Fortunately, a friend helped me.

Great Dormeo mattress
We wanted a hybrid memory foam mattress and Dormeo ticked all the boxes. If you have issues with the back, this mattress is giving pretty good support and is ok for both side sleeper and back-sleeper. The mattress comes in a roll, and need 2 days to breath and take up its full shape. The only issue I was not happy about was the delivery service. We got our mattress roll left next to the mailbox area without any notification, and the packaging was a bit damaged. It would be good to apply more care when the items are delivered.

Poor Customer Service, Great Product
The actual mattress is a great product, however the logistics/customer service is diabolical.
We were informed on Friday 1st April (i should have spotted the Fool!) that the mattress would be delivered between 0800 and 1600. We waited in all day and no mattress, no communication, nothing!
Monday 4th April same text from carrier, so we waited, and it finally arrived after lunch-very poor customer service thinkassemble.co.uk

Used to work in the largest London bedding dept in a previous life, so have an understanding of mattress manufacturer.
This is a wonderfully comfortable hybrid king size, supportive mattress. Superb value especially when on special offer. Am now going to purchase a single without the hybrid system for our daughter.

We chose the medium/firm mattress as we had always bought firm and found it very comfortable for sleeping on your back or side, it’s not a turn mattress you have to rotate every so often, quite heavy and it looks nice, nice quick delivery, lovely driver even brought it inside for us.

We are so pleased with this mattress after many months of debating if we should get this! We are not disappointed!!! Mattress arrived flat packed and took 48 hours to shape and we found it was fully shaped by the end of the week. It’s just what we both wanted as a couple. No more back pain and discomfort and you really can’t tell when either one of us get out of the bed! I would recommend and we had no issues around its size, it fits perfect on our bed. It was a bargain at Cosco compared to other outlets. Great customer service. Thank you

Not so good
The mattresses was sent back after only one months use. It showed signs of wear very quickly with dips either side of the bed where we had laid. It looked as though i was over five years of use. thinkassemble.co.uk took time in collecting the mattress as i was ordered online with several phone calls before it was collected 3 weeks later, all in all not a good experience.
