The mattress we’ve been looking for
This mattress is perfect. The quality and comfort mixed with the price is such an incredible value. We’ve been traveling for the last year, slept on so many different beds and finally got this one for our new home. It was like a miracle. After all this time we found a bed that was firm and supportive but comfortable and cozy. We both absolutely love it.

I chose this mattress for my guest bedroom because it was a Which? Best Buy and I trust Which? It arrived rolled up and I followed the instructions to get it on the bed frame before removing the plastic wrap. Good job too because it unrolls and expands in a matter of minutes. It had that new artificial mattress smell that is common to this type of product but after leaving it for three days then covering with a mattress protector and fitted sheet I couldn’t smell it anymore. Neither could the couple staying over who were the first to try it out. They commented how comfortable the bed was. It’s early days but so far so good.

Nice mattress , delivered quickly.
The fact that it is a rolled mattress made transportation and moving nice and easy .
No issues with it fluffing up or smelling , I left it 24hrs to do it’s thing .
Only 2 issues I had were 1:removing the packaging this is tricky to cut I used Stanley knife and did catch mattress in one little spot so be very carefull when opening .2 once mattress is in use it’s lovely apart from the very edges which collapse a little too much if you sit on the edge of the bed , once in bed it’s fine.
I would buy another despite these to issues.

Arrived within 48 hours, helpful delivery person offered to carry it upstairs. Although it arrived rolled up, it puffed up very quickly, and is extremely comfortable.

The mattress arrived on schedule and pretty light and rolled up in a clear plastic wrap. It was easy to move it upstairs and unpacking was easy by just cutting the plastic wrap. Had to leave it over night to allow it to firm up and after that it was great. Like other memory forms that we have, this was just as good and great value for money.

I was not disappointed it’s a very comfortable mattress and fitted her frame bed perfectly
It arrived rolled and compressed but within a few hours it was perfect , first time buying a mattress packaged in this way but the extra thick sealed plastic ensures it is pristine on arrival and can be moved around easier
Time will tell how it ages but initial thoughts are very positive

Very thin memory foam layer.
No good if your moving from Memory Foam, I needed a new mattress as after 7 years my memory foam one was due a change. After reading the reviews and the Which recommendation coupled to the thinkassemble.co.uk deal I chose this. I have to say I was throughly disappointed there is no support on the edges, I could feel the springs in my back – not sure how thick the memory foam layer is but it was not as expected and I could feel the springs. I am relived that I bought from thinkassemble.co.uk and the return process has been easy I have booked a collection which will take three weeks.
