Super Service, great price.
Ordered just before Covid became “a thing”. Delivered at the start of lockdown in line with government guidance and in line with the delivery dates – no problem or delay. Friendly two man delivery. Couldn’t tell me about the workings due to covid rules so had to ring the call centre. Great experience – very helpful, talked me through each step with great patience (and she needed it!). Also be aware, there are cheaper hot tubs, I know because we ordered one before this (last year) and it failed to arrive. We posted negative reviews on sites including face book and they were somehow able to delete them so all the feedback they had looked good. Further/broader research (after we had paid and no tub arrived) showed many, many others had this experience. We did a section 35 on the card and then bought this from thinkassemble.co.uk — Please, just do your research and don’t just stop at the first few feedback sites you see – its a lot of money to lose.

Never having owned a hot tub before I did a great deal of research before making this purchase. This hot tub offers great features and is fantastic value, as it is significantly cheaper than buying direct from Blue Whale Spa. As soon as I made the purchase with thinkassemble.co.uk I was contacted the same day by Blue Whale Spa, they provided lots of information on the installation which made the whole process easy. It was installed using a crane at the end of March 2022 and has been absolutely brilliant. I had one small issue where the Bluetooth speaker would not switch off and was constantly buzzing. I contacted Blue Whale Spa and within a few days and engineer attended and fixed a loose wire. Great service from Blue Whale Spa, thinkassemble.co.uk and a great product.

I had already paid my deposit on another Hot Tub but when i saw the price & features of this one i cancelled the other. We’ve had it nearly 3 weeks and love it. We paid the extra £150 for the comprehensive installation. The guys were friendly, very good & informative providing us with hints & tips. Highly recommended this product.

We love the spa itself, it’s been a fabulous addition to our garden.
It arrived 3 weeks ago, their logistics team were great. Once installed, I was left with only a Balboa instruction booklet for the system, and these aren’t too easy to understand if you haven’t owned a tub before! The delivery person didn’t leave any information about looking after water, emptying etc and even said he knew some who didn’t bother with chemicals…as such we’ve done a huge amount of research ourselves.
We did ring to inform them that the tub outer casing had been damaged on delivery, they asked for photographs so they could put it right…I’m still waiting to hear from them. I appreciate that they are immensely busy currently, and I wasn’t expecting it to be fixed immediately, however waiting nearly 3 weeks for an acknowledgement that they will get round to it seems somewhat extreme.
So, great tub, really gutted about the customer service as I’d heard lots of great things about Blue Whale Spa!!

excellent service and delivery
After researching hot tubs for a period of time, I found this deal on the thinkassemble.co.uk website just as lock down started.
On purchasing the tub they hit a stock issue, and upgraded my tub to a better model.
We then hit the lock down and issues around delivery were quickly identified and resolved, resulting in receipt of the tub by a skilled engineer as lockdown started.
Customer service has been excellent all the way through and this has been an excellent purchase.

Lovely hot tub.
Lovely hot tub but the wrong cover was delivered, We then had to wait for over a week for the right cover to be delivered, When we finally got to use the hot tub one off the head rests fell off as one of the clips was missing, I ordered a replacement clip and was sent a replacement headrest and not the clip, I tried to phone yesterday to reorder a replacement clip but I was on the phone for 30 mins with no answer. I left a message but have yet to get a reply.

Great hot tub with 2 loungers and 3 seats. Only thing to be aware of if you have the jets 1 and 2 on plus aux it won’t also heat but over an hour it only drops about 2c. Really great filtration and Bluetooth. No cup holders but corners are big enough for drinks. Seats are mostly all around the tub with one side housing fountains. Very good jets and powerful. Delivery within 4 weeks. I’d recommend this tub

From start to finish our purchase and installation went really well. We’d been quoted up to 26 weeks delivery by other local hot tub suppliers, and then found out about Blue Whale Spas supplied by thinkassemble.co.uk. less than 4 weeks from order to installation. The communications from thinkassemble.co.uk were reassuring and the team at Blue Whale were very thorough. Our garden access is tight and we were on the limit of needing a crane, but the time that the Bleu Whale installation team took to discuss things over the phone meant that, with a bit of pre-delivery site preparation by us, no crane was needed. The quality of the tub is amazing, and the aftercare (we had a very minor issue with the LED’s) was brilliant. An engineer visited and sorted everything out within a week. Compared with other makes and models this one is an absolute bargain, saving a substantial figure when compared with the manufacturers direct price.

Absolutely love this hot tub. Fully delivered and installed professionally. Have used it every day since it was installed. 2 loungers to relax on, powerful jets help to relax and ease tension. 3 additional seats, again with powerful jets to the back. Easily fits 4 adults. The deal on thinkassemble.co.uk, tub and the commissioning were good. I had to arrange for a crane as the delivery on 1st attempt failed even after sending videos and pictures of the route. The sales support team and the delivery team within bluewhale needs better coordination.

I was fortunate to order the tub before the mad rush for hot tubs hit. Our tub arrived on the 17th April. Delivery was straight forward and the delivery guys did all that they could under covid restrictions. Tub set up was relatively straight forward and the chemical starter pack had enough to get you going.
So far we are loving our tub. The seating configuration suits us, the jets are powerful and plentiful and its easy to maintain. Buying though costco was 3k cheaper than via the company direct as i bought this on the “Hot deals” promotion. The addition if a cover lifter through the costco purchase was a god send. There are lots of tubs out there, lots significantly more expensive than this one but so far, we are very pleased with our purchase and cant fault it at all.
