Great Hot Tub, fast delivery and install. In it most nights, holds temperature really well whilst in use. Only negative is it has no cup holders, small detail I know but needed somewhere to put my JD & coke.

Leaked from the start, the team came back and said they had fixed the leak with silicone (really),leaked again as soon as they left.
They offered an alternative but was a different configuration,in the end I asked for our money back which I had to do via thinkassemble.co.uk, they do not normally refund via internet purchases but on this occasion they did. You cannot fault thinkassemble.co.uk customer care team they are very good.

Lovely hot tub
Delivery & installation was very good. This is our 2nd hot tub, very happy with it although now I have an electric gadget attached to my fuse box it tells me exactly the hot tub costs which is £2.50 per day (.29p per kwh), just standing there, if we use it , probably add on between .50p to £1 each time so not cheap anymore. Overall however Hot Tub looks good and feels good when in there.

Found the tub we were looking for on the Blue Whale spa website but it was a bit more expensive than i wanted, i found that thinkassemble.co.uk and blue whale spa were in partnership i was delighted that it was £2,300 cheaper in thinkassemble.co.uk plus if i bought it before the end of the month it was reduced by a further £1000. Installation was quick, professional and it was graet workmanship. we have been delighted with the service and the product, especially when we sat it under the thinkassemble.co.uk Cedar wood Gazebo finished our garden project off nicely.

Fabulous Hot Tub.
Original hot tub that I ordered arrived on time but when the installation team starting working on it they found that it had been slightly damaged in transit. They arranged for a new hot tub to be delivered a week later, with no hassle at all. It came on the date specified and actually arrived an hour earlier than expected, which worked out great for the crane company. Hot tub itself is fab, we use it almost every day. I always wanted one and now that I have one it is everything I expected it to be.

Absolutely fabulous hot tub! The installers were fantastic and the one minor issue I had was fixed quickly with no hassle. Would highly recommend this hot tub and the blue whale spas as a company. Was very happy with the service from start to finish. Been using the hot tub outdoors all winter too apart from the really windy nights with no problems, can’t wait to have the enjoyment during the summer when it comes.

I was unable to visit a hot tub showroom due to a recent illness, but trusted that thinkassemble.co.uk would only deal with reputable companies that would provide an excellent product with good customer service. Normally I would never invest this much money without seeing the product but on this occasion I needed it to help with my recovery, plus I did alot of online research regarding hot tub types, product features and their prices. I Think I’m right in saying that Blue Whale Spa are the biggest hot tub provider in the UK and they have been a pleasure to deal with.
This specific model wasn’t in stock when I ordered it, so they upgraded me to a better model FOC. Installation was quick and easy and their engineers have been a pleasure to have in my home. Plus they are always available to answer any questions on their customer service number.
I would highly recommend buying a hot tub on offer with thinkassemble.co.uk as it saved me over £1500 on Blue Whale prices.
