Great product but arrived with issues
Very helpful installer who really went the extra mile. All was fine till it heated up. In jumped the boys and after 10 minutes of bliss – out went everything. Now waiting for an engineer to sort it all out!!

Excellent service from Blue Whale (the supplier), who kept us informed throughout and double checked information regarding installation well in advance: This included access to site, the intended location being on firm level ground and the electrics being in place.
The installers arrived promptly and were efficient, courteous and helpful, ensuring we were happy with everything before leaving. Afterwards we wanted more information regarding the control panel as it was a new model and they promptly sent this to us.
We would highly recommend this company.

Hot Tub great installation poor guys turned up with a long face and absolutely no good morning or interest etc put the hot tub dials against a wall for there convenience, handover was terrible was told to watch you tube .

The installation that comes with it is not full installation as it states it’s basically put in the location then they leave the documents sent by email lack the content you need to fully set the hot tub up so you will need to surf the web to get all the information you will require to set the hottub up

Delivered when planned, delivery team were brilliant and so helpful even though our crane operator held them up by over an hour. A good spa at a reasonable price. The installation team very helpful. Unfortunately due to Blue Whales Covid planning we were not given an instruction manual but instead various email guidance notes which was not as satifactory as we would have liked.
