Great little coffee machine
We bought this for my son and it is a good coffee machine. Other reviews have stated that it is light in weight, which means it moves around a little. This is accurate, however takes up far less space and provides easier functionality than say a Rancillio Silvia, and at a lower cost. It’s great for making espresso and milky coffees easily, quickly and without as much mess. Ordering through to delivery was a breeze and I like the thinkassemble.co.uk added guarantee that comes with this. This is a much better coffee machine that some other entry level machines. It looks modern and stylish – not clunky at all.

Better tasting coffee than from high street chain
Easy to use and the coffee tastes great. The best thing is the milk steamer, which makes hot milk with far better foam than I have ever made myself, and all you have to do is press a button! And it is very quick to use, as it reaches the right temperature for coffee and for milk steaming, very quickly.

Great espresso machine
Excellent little coffee machine, doesn’t take up too much space, and provides good espresso and steam textured milk. As it is not an automatic process, it takes a bit of work getting your settings right in terms of grind size etc, but once you’ve experimented a bit, you can get great results.

When I first set up the machine I was- little disappointed as I though bean to cup meant I could ground beans then make my coffee. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case so I had to purchase my own grinder, once sorted an after a little practice I soon learned to master the skill of coffee barista. It’s a easy to use, easy to clean compact machine which is capable of matching any coffee outlet for a decent coffee

Nice machine and the milk frother is great. However, the machine is light and moves when you’re trying to put the group handle in place to brew. Otherwise all good.

A targeted offering for people who love a good coffee. This machine is not designed to open a coffee shop with, but rather to allow an above average and partially automated cupper at home… But wait for it. It is also possible to create a Barista level work of coffee art by going manual.
This machine looks to convert coffee lovers into budding Baristas. As it does not cater to the full bean to cup experience it will nessesitate finding a way to grind your beans. That step up will lead to other equipment to supplement and eventually perhaps a more inclusive Sage machine. Clever design and marketing.

Didn’t work and thinkassemble.co.uk no help on replacing it
The item didnt work, we rang thinkassemble.co.uk and they advised they would send a replacement/pick up the faulty item. It has now been 2 weeks and no word on when this will happen. I was advised I would get a call from their complaints team and this still has not happened.

An amazingly excellent starter proper coffee machi
I was looking for a coffee machine for months, from Nesspresso to other types and finally settled on the Bambino Plus. So so so pleased I did! What an amazing small and capable machine and what sets this apart from other machines is the steam wand which is what makes the coffee so velvety and delicious! I immersed myself in YouTube videos on tips of how to get the most of this machine – I would say, if you’re used to using a cafetière, then you will need double the amount of coffee per cup so I only use the double walled two cup fitting and button. You can program the volume of the shot too. Honestly, best present to myself I could have hoped for. You will definitely need to keep playing with the amounts and types of coffee to suit your needs. You won’t get it right in the first week so don’t give up. I can’t praise this machine enough!
