Highly recommended
Having read many reviews about bean to cup machines, I knew I’d have to spend a lot of money on a good quality branded item. When I saw this for the exclusive price it was, I knew I had to get it. The set up of the machine is pretty straight forward but not necessary easy, you have to have some prior knowledge or play around with the machine to get things right. That said the coffee it does make is so smooth and velvety, all members of the family agree that it makes fantastic coffee. Well worth the money. One recommendation, I live in a hard water/ high lime scale area, so I would strongly recommend buying/ using the associated water filter.

Best Coffee machine I have ever had!!!
This is the first bean to cup coffee machine we have had, and it’s excellent. The coffee always comes out nice and hot, and the frother works well too. It’s easy to keep clean, looks good and I love it! The only thing I have found, is the instructions do make it seem complicated, but once you start using it…it’s actually very easy to use. The ‘quick guide’ which is just diagrams, I did not find useful at all.

Neat peice of kit
Makes a nice cup of coffee easy to use and maintain, and looks good.Currently experimenting with different coffees. I am concerned that it does not grind below level 3 but the coffee is strong enough anyway. I am well pleased having tried an expensive machine that was all singing all dancing and very noisy . Its true you get just as good coffee from inexpensive machines. And waste coffee is good for the garden so every one is happy even the plants.

Great plug and play coffee machine.
Fantastic plug and play, bean to cup coffee machine. Beans in the top, cup underneath, boom coffee out the spouts. Loads of assistance via YouTube how to clean, calibrate and perform the descale process. It also takes pre ground coffee in the top and does steamed milk too (although I haven’t used either) I would recommend this machine. I love it so much I bought one for my Nieghbour when I go around for a brew.

Easy coffee machine
Essentially, you switch it on, 10-15 secs later you press the Coffee button of your choice and a few seconds later, a cup of delicious smooth coffee is yours to drink. No mess, no fuss, just easy to make coffee. We have had a far more expensive De’Longhi that did the same but gave you a larger variety and had a dedicated milk attachment so every coffee known to man could be produced, but we only drink black coffee or espresso. When that machine finally died (after over 20,000 cups), we went for a Sage Barrista. So much faf and really very rarely the result you were looking for and, always messy. Yes this one uses more water as it self cleans every time you switch on or it switches off but in the greater scheme of things, that is not a bother. Highly recommended

Great Coffee, easy to use
All good so far, easy to use and clean. Prefer the frothing wand rather than having a tank for milk as much easier to clean and works perfectly.

Easy operation delivering lovely coffee
Simple machine makes several different black coffee types. With a bit of practice you can also froth milk to make barista style white coffees and also make hot herbal drinks. Overall very nice machine at reasonable price

Coffee machine
It must have been faulty as the coffee was dripping, rather than flowing, and there was a lot of water in the coffee drawer of the used coffee. I saw it in another house where it was very good and makes brilliant coffees but this one was a disappointment.

Didn’t Work Out of the Box
Didn’t work out of the box, had to return it…put me off honestly….I still have an old De’Longhi bean to cup which works just fine after 15 years or so and I’ll stick with it meantime….. De’Longhi customer service seemed to be working from a script and advised all the things that I’d read on the troubleshooting on their website but we’re pretty pointless if you could read. thinkassemble.co.uk were just fine with the refund but all in all I wish I hadn’t bothered.

I am happy with my De’Longhi bean to cup coffee machine. It did take some trial and error before I found the brew that works for me. The 30 minute online one-to-one coaching is a great way to start. The support is excellent. And the price through thinkassemble.co.uk was the reason I purchased when I did.

Disappointing unfortunately
I wasn’t particularly impressed with this machine. Instructions are confusing, so make it seem more difficult than it actually is. The coffee had a good crema but was over extracted in my opinion, despite changing all the settings to suit. It’s water thirsty but I like the fact it cleans after each use, as it keeps it cleaner. My main criticism is that it’s very heavy on the beans, you go through a lot!! Also you can’t see if the hopper is getting low & it suddenly stops in the middle of coffee making. After only two weeks of use, 1-2 cups daily, it was asking to be descaled already. I think this machine is fairly high maintenance for what it produced. The steam wand makes good, thick foam but only for single amounts in a small jug. The wand doesn’t reach, due to its short length to make larger quantities. I have returned this product to costco, who as always are exemplary with any returns.

Really nice coffee, as long as you favour black
Nice coffee if you prefer black. It’s very thirsty on water, as it cleans so much, but if it helps longevity, maybe not a bad thing. You have to refill the water tank a lot, but at least that’s made very easy as it’s fitted at the side. The steam wand is pretty poor and the fact that you have to stand and hold it (It’s very short) makes the one touch idea kinda redundant. It’s also not a great steam wand and the lattes were pretty flat. I returned it for that reason (We prefer lattes). thinkassemble.co.uk customer Service were as exemplary as ever.
