This phone was easy to set up via a web interface. It’s full of handy features which are quite easy to set. The phone feels heavy and very sturdy, it wont get pulled across your desk when you lift the handset and stretch the curly cable. I may even buy another.

We were surprised to find that these phones, despite having “HD” embedded into the plastic receiver, have very poor sound quality when speaking with people using mobile phones. Quality from VoIP phones was decent, though muffled. We are currently looking at upgrades to this model which is very much an entry level phone for cloud telephony that will make you reach for your mobile instead.
