I have had Apple Watches and Fitbit’s and from a fitness tracking point of view, this watch matches their software and functionality. The battery life is far superior and the app is very informative. It was tricky to connect to my iPhone but certainly worth the effort. For the price, the quality is excellent and would definitely recommend.

Which? best buy fitness tracker. Comfortable to wear and good battery life. Still working out all that it can do. Charging cable a bit short at 50cm.

Have had this for about a month now. It’s a very low cost smart watch, that does everything it’s supposed to pretty well. Mostly. Set up was straightforward. It feels quite light and fragile in the hand. The battery life is superb, it needs a charge less than once a month, which is incredible. Heart rate tracking is very accurate, the best of any watch I’ve had, better than watches 10x the cost. The app isn’t good. It’s not intuitive, syncing is very bad, the watch becomes unresponsive for a while or restarts when the app is opened. It has some quirks, like telling me I’ve been standing for 14 hours when I’ve only had it on my wrist for 6 hours. But, if you want an accurate heart rate tracker that tells the time and some other stuff get this. Oh, and the date format is the wrong way round (mm/dd), which is way more annoying than it should be.

I searched extensively for a Fitness Tracker to replace my FitBit when its battery died. I was looking at all the main well known brands but was hesitant to spend so much money. Eventually I opted for this watch and I have been absolutely delighted with it. The battery life is incredible, it literally lasts weeks even with daily wear and using the GPS tracker function. This used to drain my FitBit battery really fast. It tracks workouts well and the interface and operation is clear and easy. I don’t tend to use the App much. For my needs which is mainly to track dog walks and length / intensity of lifting weights at home its perfect. Really pleased for the price!

Bought this as a replacement for my old garmin vivoactive 3 and so far I really like it. It has all the features that I liked with my garmin. The only thing is it’s not compatible with my vitality account.I’ve had a few issues with it disconnecting from my phone and had difficulty reconnecting it but apart from that I’m pleased, especially when it’s so much cheaper than the Garmin. It was straightforward to set up and I’d say a good watch to buy if you’ve never had a smart/fitness watch before as not going to break the bank if it’s not for you.

Bought as a Which? recommended buy in May 2025 and I was sick of Fitbit’s unreliability. At first it was great, although I was surprised at how few steps it registered (thought it was me being lazy buy others have also commented on low step count). Loved the long battery life but now in December 2025 it doesn’t want to sync to the app and the screen can only be read in the pitch black as otherwise it is too dim and it doesn’t ‘wake’ when you tap the screen. Such a pity because the price was very reasonable. Also customer service only Monday to Friday 9 to 6 so no good if you want support at the weekend

This is an excellent entry level fitness tracker if you don’t want to pay hundreds for a smartwatch. I really just wanted heart rate and steps (it’s much more accurate than your phone) but it offers a lot more and has some smart features e.g. calendar and phone call alerts. Quite slim, easy to wear and feels solid. Only needs charging every 2 weeks or so although I’m not using all of the features

  8. BearofChorley

Bought for my wife. Heart information is good, but it’s useless at counting steps. It regularly records a half to a third of those on her phone. Also compared both to my watch and phone when we are out together it is completely inaccurate. Has been returned for a replacement. Very good service from thinkassemble.co.uk.New one appears to be much better at step counting.Otherwise seems OK and has a long battery life.

    Just perfect watch
The functionality is great. The build quality is good and battery life is almost 3 weeks. This is what everybody needs.

Good device and awesome service by seller.
At first when I got the watch, or better I thought it was the watch but it wasn’t. They made an error and sent me a different product. But I rang their customer’s service desk and I had to return the article they wrongfully sent me. I sent them the receipt I sent the article back, and not even 24 hours later I had my watch. So many kudos for Techpunt.nlThe watch is very light and was very easy to install on my Xiaomi 12T phone. The app is very nice and it took me 10 minutes to have it all set according to my likings.Glad I bought this one. And the heartbeat and puls are very accurate. The SPO2 is off 1%. So very accurate as well.
