Solid construction, pretty good sound, easy to use and set up but doesn’t come with a USB adapter – most of us have about 12 of these at home, but still. Works well but does pick up car radios outside the home, so you may briefly convince yourself your home is haunted if you leave them on when not in use. Handy size, fits in pockets and not too large for children to use.

Small compact easily set up and they work. Tested a just over a mile and they worked perfect. Remember these are not like my duty radio having secured network, so transmitting you may well be heard and you also may hear others. I believe there’s about 15 channels, so you should be good for local calls but never transmit secure data. Bought as an emergency back up if the phone system goes down.
