Easy to read, end works perfectly. 19 months ago I purchased a Panasonic phone set. I wish I had brought these the. Panasonic. Take note. Easy to read, sounds perfect and has hands free.

They are not as sturdy as my previous set and the ring tone choices are limited and quite tinny. They do, however, have an easy to read screen and the buttons are slightly bigger. Much easier to use with my arthritis.

V tech twin pack very good value, was very easy to set both up and change date time etcSimple controlsReception is great and build quality feels very robust the weigh of it too is very goodThe sound quality is great and also has a speaker mode very good if sharing the phone call with kids to far relatives.Battery life can easily manage 2 hour conversations and still not even at half very good.And charges up back really fast

Three stars only I’m afraid. I think the phone itself is probably a five-star model. On one hand it seems to be excellent value; clear graphics on the screen, good sized buttons and OK style-wise. However it didn’t get the five stars simply because I had to return it since I (nor some tech-savvy friends) could not get it to work. Constantly telling me that a line was ‘in use’ but there were no other lines – the old phone was disconnected. The cable supplied did not fit my router, so I did order from thinkassemble.co.uk an RB11 adapter. Even with this the same message appeared. So back it goes. A shame since it looked to be a good phone.

Item is compact, good features, large visible numbers for mum of 80 years. Delivery service polite and professional. Didn’t arrive in any packaging or even an envelope, just its box and a label, but item appears to be working and in good order. Great price. Thank you.

Quite happy with phone but found it a bit puzzling to find out all the displays and the caller volume could be more adjustable.Had to download the user manual to understand all the controls.
