Easy to use, button size are quite good as i have arthritis in my hands, but needed a new phone as we had upgrade to sky and needed the phones on an outside wall not in the hall so with two handsets have in different rooms, also has call blocking which is a must

These are genuine BT phones. Easy to use. Easy to set up. Readin for 4 stars is nothing to do with the quality, it’s because they don’t work properly with the new BT digital system that I have been forced to accept. These phones would be absolutely fine in an analogue type system but in my home the sound is dire. Tinny and echoey. As I say not the phone itself just to make people aware they are no good for new digital systems that Bt are switching us on to. Just be aware before buying.

Good value for money and very easy to set up and insert numbers to the phone book. The only downside is that the screen is not the best and it is quite difficult to read the name on incoming calls. They do the job and sync between handsets easily.

Looking at all the possitive reviews,makes us wonder how managed to buy rubbish. Click click instread of a diaeling tone and that went in the bathroom, now the other rings but at times o voice – In short the phone dose not work propely. We have bought this before and did not last long, so we bought another giving it aother chance – Well really all that proved I was a succer for punishmnet, In short a very bad phone.
