Excellent Greenhouse at a fantastic price
Super quality and fantastic value. Delivery driver was incredibly courteous and helpful, carrying the greenhouse and glass through to the location in the rear garden. I found it easy to build over a couple of days, mostly on my own with just a little help required as you bolt it together and put in the roof beam. Once complete it is very sturdy and robust. Absolutely delighted with this purchase and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Good value for what it was made for.
Bought this as a shelter for a hot tub. Problem is that the size is not as advertised, it is 1.8m wide, not 2m as stated, so too small for the purpose I bought it for.
Good quality materials and fairly easy to assemble. Arrived without the cross bracing between the walls and the roof, but it seems unnecessary, so I didn’t bother contacting the manufacturer. Takes some time to get the glass fitted with the clips.

Delivery was good. But that’s where it ends. The instructions are very poor. The materials are flimsy. And the service from Vitavia is appalling – they hang up the phone on you (look at other reviews online too). Price seems reasonable at first but the headache involved isn’t worth it. All in all from ordering to returning it took around 7 weeks. Absolute waste of time.

Delivery came without a Delivery Note and did not include Downpipe kit which was part of the order. thinkassemble.co.uk sorted it.
Drawings of door and windows were not clear enough, so this was guesswork but we managed eventually.
Online utube tutorials did not have our model.
Delivery of greenhouse and staging came on time specified, delivery guy was very good and loaded it all into my garage for me. I was impressed.
Confusing because instructions did not say that box parts are repeated in book, we thought parts had been updated, and the book superseded the boxes. Once i phoned the supplier it all became clear.
It would have got 5 star rating if order had been complete and instructions had been clear.
Otherwise, happy with quality apart from the door screws which are a nightmare, as no holes , screwing into a narrow metal channel so screws very difficult to fix. 2 of which the heads got damaged and no spares provided. Door needs better fixings….
I have had 2 other greenhouses before, this was much harder to fathom out, as instructions let it down…
