Easy to follow instructions and faultless operation. More clarity about requiring two hot feeds to unit rather than one when installing as rear sensors woyld have been helpful.

Fitting the rear sensors on an Audi A3 was reasonably easy! The instructions for the rear were wonderful and could not fault them. The end result brilliant!!The front sensors were harder to do! I followed the instructions and failed to get the same brilliant result on my first attempt! The two front inner sensors that fit close to the left and right of the registration plate were fitted too deep in the grill and it instantly caused over sensitivity and confused the whole system. Having looked at other Audis with the genuine system they have the sensors inset without problem. This confused me enough to want to return the kit thinking they were faulty! I found by trial and error that pulling the sensors forward from their seating in the grill a mere centimetre and making two one cm tubes for the sensors to sit in cured the problem and they work perfectly! They are still hidden in the grill and look very smart. The one niggle, I found a bit frustrating on these Valeo kits is that they do not include a switch for you to turn off the front sensors when in heavy traffic or driving on very narrow country lanes! Dolphin sell the universal front parking switch (less than £4 on Think Assemble) in their kits as a standard part. Overall… Very impressed!
