Just love my chair…. 🙂
I love my chair. My husband had a recliner, and I had a ‘stressless’ recliner that had seen better days. I really struggled to find something in the shops, and when I did, there was sometimes a 20 week wait to get it! I saw this on thinkassemble.co.uk, did my research, it was about £400 more expensive elsewhere and I got it in less than a week. There’s storage space in both arms, a USB charger and you can power adjust all aspects of the chair. I even treated my self to the added carbon table accessory, sold elsewhere. Perfect for your computer or morning cuppa. I’m sitting in it as I write & I couldn’t be more happy. Just hope it lasts a long time!

Blown away by how comfortable this is
Very comfortable to sit on. Not too firm but at the same time not too soft. The controls are very easy and the back and neck support are fantastic. The LED lights are also a bonus however need to consider if watching tv in a dark room, the blue lights may disturb the viewing experience (if you notice such things)
The delivery company guys have also done a brilliant job taking it all the way to the second floor! They are quite heavy however come mostly assembled.
Overall very satisfied with the product, i have owned several leather sofas’ however nothing can compare to this one

Movie armchairs
Good quality and easy to put together and ease of use.
Comfortable and good control of lumbar, neck and feet adjustments. Handy usb charger and deep side pockets.
Only negative is that it’s not that wide or deep as the one I was replacing. The web photos make it look bigger. I would recommend getting 2 seperate armchairs instead of the double I bought as you can then still use it as a double or 2 singles.
Drinks holder only good for straight glasses (not Coffee cups or wine glasses etc)

Excellent, but follow important advice on delivery
Chairs themselves are great. Customer service from Valencia is also excellent. Delivery and set up is another story. Damaged our walls and floors. Delivery crew were totally incompetent. Would definitely recommend the chairs. But when you are arranging for delivery, be sure and confirm that the delivery crew have experience in working with these chairs.

Amazingly comfortable.
I spent ages looking for the perfect sofas and oh boy I just knew these were the right ones. I got two 2 seaters and they were delivered so fast and completely set up for me. They are just amazing. The most comfortable ever and the head rest and lumbar support are brilliant not to mention the convenience of the charger for your gadgets. Just brilliant.

Theatre Seating – 2 seats in brown
Waited for this seating to be delivered. Noticed an issue with the 3 arms. The circle on each of the arms are missing the silver top so showing a horrible plastic circle. This is a young lads present. Very disappointing. Awaiting to hear how Valencia or thinkassemble.co.uk are going yo resolve this quickly. It would have been good to have instructions too. Very poor

Valencia theatre seats
Great Valencia theatre chairs. One initial issue with a small split in the leather near the table holder. This was dealt with by the MD Chris who arranged an exchange. Delivered on time . Very comfy, great qaulity and luxurious. Valencia great quality very heavy seats . This product ticks all the boxes, worth every penny.

Tuscany 2 seat cinema seating
Very nice quality and comfort. Fiddly to put together as delivery men made numerous excuses why they couldn’t do this. Very, very heavy and awkward to move once in situ. Comfortable but lumbar support is poor – it is way too strong! Very pleased overall though. Look great in my home cinema converted from the garage.

We brought these to replace our new smart sofas which was returned to another company. Having disappointment of previously owning a smart sofa, we noticed these on offer with thinkassemble.co.uk. After hours of research and looking at many different brands again, we decided to go with the Valencia. Wow what a product, absolutely comfortable in evert way and the power headrests are superb in tilt etc,, we couldn’t be happier. We were very hesitant to purchase something like this online without seeing them in person but these chairs have surpassed our expectations. Everything from the order to the fast shipping and assembly of the chairs, everything went great. Customer service has been top notch. Once we sat in them, we could feel the difference in the quality of these chairs versus others we have sat in. The Top Grain Nappa leather is soft and comfortable and smells good too. With all the adjustments in the chair, we have no problem finding a comfortable seating position for any occasion. We would highly recommend these chairs to anyone we talk to. This single Valencia Tuscany chair was an addition to what we already have which is the set of 3 seater and 2 seater Love chair. The Luxury feel & comfort when seated is amazing. Supporting the neck back and legs, this is true comfort all round. Plenty of room as these chairs are a good size. Excellent quality and price, especially when on the hot buy. I would definitely recommend. The only bit i think is missed is thinkassemble.co.uk do not do the extras to go with these. The Tables that click onto the arms etc.

They look great but are very hard to sit on and I wouldn’t say they were luxury and comfortable to sit on for long periods I get bottom ache and mine has a dip in the middle after six weeks of use so a bit of a disappointment.
