The phone is great for my mother with hearing loss, the earpiece is loud and clear and the buttons easy to use.The only thing I hold against it is that the ringer isn’t as loud as I would expect for a phone aimed at persons with hearing loss.

Clear and simple corded telephone, ideal for elderly people. Numbers are easy to read. Speedy dial buttons are easy to set and there’s two sets of plastic covers for each button.It worked with a Virgin Media Hub5 (with the little RJ11 adapter that VM supply with the hub).The ringer is louder than a lot of phones but not super-loud. My elderly aunt said she could hear it when she’s not been able to hear her existing cordless phone.But the 5th star is for the WhatsApp customer service which (during weekdays) responded quickly and personally to a question I asked. Being able to contact a human being at a manufacturer is fast becoming a thing of the past so to be able to communicate via WhatsApp seems ideal.
