Having this even induced a “bath phobic” child to look forward to bath time with the added bonus that they were soothed into an appropriate state for bed time as well. It is sturdy, being made of a good quality plastic, it’s withstood several falls into an enamelled bath without any breakages or damage. there are a couple of more complex features which our children have enjoyed exploring and which have held their attention. I would suggest the appropriate age range is wider than stated on the box (appeals to younger as well as older children). Not quite five stars because of some issues sticking it to the side of our older bath tub.
