Great for the money
We wanted something to slightly improve the TV sound, especially during speech. It wasn’t bad before but it was a little scratchy.
We also didn’t want to spend more on the soundbar than we did on the TV, which seems to be easy to do with most mid-range soundbars.
This one was easy to set up and attach to the TV with a 3rd party kit.
The improvement in spoken dialogue is excellent. The Voice function prioritises speech in films and dials down the music, which can often overwhelm.
We also now use this as a Bluetooth speaker connected to a phone – and whilst it’s not hi-fi it’s plenty good enough for the kitchen.
We’d thoroughly recommend this item.

Good price, neat design and works out of the box
Connected to ARC HDMI port on a Bravia TV and so simple to set up, worked straight out of the box. Works with TV remote for volume or using the included control. Adds depth to movies and drama series without overwhelming the room. Haven’t thought subwoofer etc, don’t need it for my needs and ample bass for action movies etc

Poor soundbar
This a very poor soundbar the TV sounds louder. It keep turning off and you have to have the remote for this handy as yo cannot control it from your TV remote.
It does not have a subwoofer and it cost £500 to get one which is nearly double the price of the soundbar itself.
I think there are a lot better soudbars out there and are cheaper.

Damaged goods resold
The product looked like it had been sold and returned before, maybe used. The packaging had been ripped open and taped up again. I saw the soundbar grill was crumpled so didn’t even take it out of the box. The support team took far too long to offer me a refund which was the minimum I wanted because the price I paid was on Black Friday and no longer available anywhere else. I’m asking for my membership fee back. Not buying from again

Very impressed
Had limited expectations as sound bars can only achieve so much, but was very impressed with the overall sound, particularly the atmospheres in movies, which is the bass is strong but not too heavy. Never going to get full surround sound out of one speaker, but this is very good for the price.
