Coffee with Milk not Hot Enough
Taking milk from the fridge results in a tepid drink and I’ve ended up, heating milk in the microwave before using very disappointing The milk container adaptor looks like an afterthought but would probably improve the problem slightly but I’m reluctant to fork out more money for a neccesaty that considering the cost of the machine should have been included.

A great coffee every time.
Upgraded to this from a Delonghi. The personal profiles allow you to save and tweak the perfect coffee for you so is available every time. The dual coffee bins are also great when your guests prefer a decaf. I haven’t used all the functions yet and the only negative I gave so far is for this price I would have expected a refrigerated milk storage.

Nice but could be better
It’s a good machine but needs constant care. Cleaning de scaling filters. Never had so much faff with a coffee machine . Also need a quicker way to change the coffee beans from one to the other dispenser . Also the cost of the filters are I would say expensive

Nice Machine
It’s nice to be able to pick your own type of coffee and the strength you like. The only annoying problem I have found is the automatic cleaning, which can take nearly two hours. It should be the owner’s choice as to when to do it.
