Unusual poor quality from thinkassemble.co.uk
Unfortunately we had to return this appliance. The main issue seemed to be that the top recess lip on two of the casserole bowls were not symmetrical enough to allow a decent seal between the glass lid and the bowl, this warping actually caused the lid to rock and therefore too much liquid to escape, causing the meals to burn instead of cook. Additionally the heat settings didn’t seem to have the same breadth of sensitivity as a traditional slow cooker.
Shame, we thought this product would work for us.

Good product, well priced but damaged on delivery so can only use ⅔ of pots. Still trying to resolve replacement with thinkassemble.co.uk, however empty promises endure.

Saw this and wondered if it was going to be good or not. 2 reviews, one good, one bit so good. Took the chance and wow 👌 👏🏽. It was great at keeping food warm, on low, for our family xmas lunch. Even broccoli 🥦 was hot and didn’t turn to mush.
Can’t fault it at all. Gonna try it as a slow cooker soon. For the cost, it’s amazing.

Top piece off kit. Feeds loadsa people in a party environment. Chilli /Thai green curry/rice is our favourite option. I’ve had to buy another one for my sister. She loved it.
