A set of cans that provide that crisp Sennheiser sound quality with a crazy battery life, all for under £150. They are comfortable over the ear, a lot of room in the earcups, and are incredibly light weight. For this I would highly recommend them…But,the ANC is not great, it usable and pretty good for the price, but if you are looking at these just for their ANC, look elsewhere. Wind is also a big problem for the ANC even with wind reduction on.Though they are reasonably comfortable, even for my large head, the headband does nothing. This seems to be common amongst Sennheisers headphones, though again they are incredibly lightweight so this isn’t too big of a problem.The ear cushions are nice but are not memory foam, so won’t work well with glasses and arent super comfortable over long periods of time.

I have an iPhone and downloaded the app to connect the headphones. this took seconds and was very easy.I usually listen to heavy metal rock and blues and first song sounded very flat and I thought to myself I’ve made the biggest mistake ever.However, on the app you can adjust equaliser settings and I am glad to say over the course of a day tweaking the settings the sound is absolutely fantastic.One downside I have found with these headphones they are quite tight on the head.The ANC works adequately for me on public transport and walking the streets. so far so good.

Bought for an elderly relative, the headphones themselves are good quality and easy to set up. There’s a strong connection to the television, the noise cancelling is effective and they have a long battery life.They are however fiddly to turn on and off, and for someone with arthritis in their hands it is difficult to do. It is also difficult to find the on/off to operate. A simple, tactile button would be better. Not a problem for the likely target audience, but do consider dexterity needs before buying these.
