Big capacity family washing machine
Huge capacity machine that washes fast and quietly. Take 39 minutes to wash and spin. You never hear it working. Had to look to make sure it was turned in. Plays a Tue at the end so you know it’s finished. Clothing coming out fresh smelling and nearly dry

Fantastically Smooth Machine
Extremely happy with this machine. Whilst a larger capacity (11kg rather than 9kg) than my old machine, it runs smother a quieter than the old one. It’s integration with the Samsung smart home eco system is great (if that’s what your into).
One word of advice, if getting any machine fitted check the colour of the shut off value/handle. They will not install it, if the handle is red or they think it could be a hot water supply.

Fantastic product, huge drum, smart
Having bought a samsung dryer last year I knew when the washing machine packed up I would be replacing it with a samsung washer. We upgraded to the larger drum and its amazing to be able to catch up on laundry in the same space the smaller machine fit. Having it on wifi seemed wild to me but the integration onto smartthings is brilliant. Our samsung tv has an alert in the top corner “washing machine finished” – fantastic. no longer do we forget and leave it sitting and having to rewash it OR when we are playing catchup we get the next load in as soon as the first load finishes because we get notifications on tvs, phones – even home assistant if you’re a nerd like me! fantastic

Samsung 11kg washer
Samsung 11kg washing machine. I bought this after my previous Maytag gave up the ghost and not for the first time. Hopefully this is a better machine and will see me for a good few years. It’s easy to use but I think there is too much technology built into them nowadays. Big load and seems to be working so far reasonably well.

Reliable Samsung
We have been using the Samsung Washing Machine for a couple of weeks now and all seems to be fine/good.
Hope this continues to be as reliable as the numerous Samsung TVs we have had .
The only drawback we have had was with the pipe connections, which we paid to have done, and weren’t done properly leading to us disconnecting and reconnecting properly. Nothing to do with the performance of the machine.

Best quite effective washing!
After purchasing three different washing machines to replace my 10-year-old Samsung 8kg capacity model, which was leaking water onto my floor, I had to return them because they were too loud and felt like they were shaking my house apart.
Fortunately, this new Samsung is quiet and works great for washing many clothes. You won’t even realise it’s spinning because it’s so peaceful, and it dries clothes perfectly.

Very happy with this machine. Does everything I want plus more, it’s quiet and takes a big load. Noticeably different from my last machine. Only snag was registering for the extended guarantee had to call in the end. Tip before you fit the machine take a picture of the plate which was at the back of the machine which has the make and model details needed for registration.

We are very happy with the washing machine. Compared to our previous washing machine that suddenly died (hence the need of getting this one), it has shorter washing time, remote access and quieter. Tick all the right box. The price is very competitive too. The only “complain” I had (though nothing to do with the washing machine) is the installation service that I paid for. The person who supposedly to help with the installation was in a rush to get my signature even though I want to double check certain thing, especially when the water did not enter the washing machine initially. That person at the end sign the form on my behalf himself while I was still testing the washing machine. This incident kind of mar the overall positive and exciting experience. But the washing machine itself, very happy with it.
