Great looking tv and quite easy to set up BUT within 2 days, the screen went black and couldn’t access anything. Couldn’t even get it to start up to delete my personal accounts which was difficult. However, on returning it to the thinkassemble.co.uk warehouse, the IT in house guy examined it and agreed something had blown internally and I received a full refund. Decided to select a different brand for an alternative tv. It’s a pity as I have other Samsung gadgets and I had linked this tv to the Samsung App which was handy. Very disappointed. I had called Samsung helpdesk before returning tv and was promised a call back. That never happened.

Excellent picture and sound.
This TV offers a stunning picture, and excellent sound. The only very minor quibble I have is the remote control which isn’t very well designed. Still, genuinely happy with this TV.
