Bought for a visually impaired person who thinks it’s great. It’s not cordless. However I believe you would have to buy an extension lead to go with it as the lead to the phone is quite short

I bought this big button phone for my father in law, however on Xmas day when I plugged it into his socket it would not work, with only a faint buzzing heard. I brought it back to my house and the same applied there. The lead sockets and ends are very poor quality and when you connect them they move about, which they should not do. I have now returned it for a refund.

I opened up the package and thought what a cheap, shoddy piece of ****. BUT, what could I expect for the price, and after all, it works. It stands on a shelf, hardly ever rings, but if I needed help, I could see the buttons to get it. It does have features, number store etc, but I haven’t bothered with them, I’ll probably never use it but it’s there if I have to, and it’s not as shoddy as I thought it was after all. It’s piece of mind.

Purchased for mother-in-law who has sight problems. Easy to install, easy touch no need to thump , large easy readable button’s, good volume for calls and has hands free option. Slightly large than regular phone but sits well on its stand on small table

Have been using this telephone for several months now. Sound quality not very good. Volume Control at the highest point but still cannot hear caller very well.. Will be replacing this phone shortly. Phone weight very light.

Stop static problem
I bought this for my 100 year old aunt who couldn’t hear most people on the phone. Now she can her everyone who calls. She complained of “static” on her end. After some trial and error, I realized she was holding the phone too close to her mouth and her breathing was causing the “static”. She likes the big buttons and loud ringer.
