The jury is still out on this machine
This is my second machine, when my other broke I decided to replace it as I really liked it. This new one when it’s working is good but I have to keep messing with the hose attachment to get the steam to work, it’s like something is loose inside, I have read quite a few reviews from others and this seems to be the general opinion, my other machine was never like that, I am considering returning it, and buying another to see if there is a difference, but have to say when it’s working properly it’s really good.

This has to be the best steam cleaner on the market. Vaporetto have been in this sector for many years. It cleans effortlessly leaving everything from windows to floors squeaky clean. I recommend this product unreservedly.

GREAT TOOL
I bought this item to replace an old version that had lasted over 10 years. Whilst I do occasionally use the steam cleaning tools my main use is as a powerful and long lasting steam iron. The iron is available as an optional accessory – unfortunately not from COSTCO at this time. This coupled with the Polti fan ironing board makes quick brilliantly finished laundry. I have not used better.
COSTCO price was better that all others looked at. Delivery time excellent.

Great fast drying
Great mop. Only down side is the cord. If it had some kind of attachment to keep it out of the way it would be excellent but because you work backwards your constantly running over it an easy design fix.

High Quality Steamer.
I bought this to replace an old Karcher model which had started to malfunction. It is a robust well made machine which produces plenty of steam. The floor tool uses standard micro fibre cloths which are cheap and widely available. The new Karcher machines use bespoke pads which I expect will be more exciting to replace. The newer steamer models also appear less robust. This machine takes about 8 minutes to heat to full pressure. The flex is also shorter than I would like, but otherwise I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Purchased to replace the same machine which stopped working after 2 years, I would have expected a Polti to have lasted longer. On delivery 3 of the attachments were missing. I rang Polti customer care and was asked to photograph the contents of the box and send it to them. I received the missing items a few days later. All a bit disappointing. Hope this machine will last longer. I do use the recommended Kalstop.

Brilliant Polti
I have used Polti Vaporetto products for over 20 years. I was nearly put off from buying another one as the last one I bought from thinkassemble.co.uk was faulty, but the excellent return service gave me confidence to give it another go, and so pleased I did. I am really happy, the machine is working perfectly and is absolutely brilliant when used with the iron attachment.

The water tank is big and the machine is efficient.
There are some aspects which could be improved such as water level indicator to help while filling, an extra cloth or two, slightly longer cable, cable tidy mechanism, user friendly handle while carrying the heavy machine etc. Feels a bit pricey.

Great at cleaning
This was a replacement for a similar model by Polti that I had had for many years. The new one is smaller and lighter to carry than the old one, although it holds more water. Great for easy cleaning of windows, mirrors, carpets, lino, painted wood, UPVC and for cleaning in and around the toilet. It kills dust mites so is also very useful on mattresses and soft furnishings. I have also used my old model to help strip old wallpaper. I wouldn’t be without one!

I’m impressed, very compact, tools fit neatly into a cloth bag that’s supplied, also easy storage. I was a worried I would buy yet another item to store and never use but I love this machine.i have a cocker spaniel and worry about doggy smells.
