Game changer
I bought this on offer, after looking at the Shark, Bissell and Dyson alternatives- there’s not many reviews on this, but I’ve always been pleased with my purchase from thinkassemble.co.uk, so with a deal on, I bought it. It was here less than 48 hrs later with prompt delivery. We have a dog who sheds, but this finds it no problem picking up & cleaning the floor. The battery strength is more than ample for me to do all downstairs – which is all hard floor and a big area. I also go over the door mats too & it hoovers them perfectly and gives them a little mop to freshen them up. It’s game changer in our house – doing two jobs at once, wish I’d bought one years ago.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I have to give a shout out to this floor cleaner! I did A LOT of research and watched countless online vlogs prior to buying one of these floor cleaners and had decided which one to buy then I stumbled upon this one.., back to the online vlogs. I always read reviews with a pinch of salt as you never know the persons expectations.
The only negatives I found online with this were around dealing with Dreame company itself, which I figured wouldn’t apply as I would be dealing with thinkassemble.co.uk, and something about another internal filter in the dirty water tank to catch larger debris. This was not a deal breaker for me, as this meant one less part to clean and also I am not going to be cleaning up large spillages like bowls of cereal on a daily/weekly basis. Other than that the product itself was highly rated.
The game changer for me which resulted in my decision to purchase this one was that not only does it do a self clean of the roller after use (as they all do) but it dries it also. Most of the others do not have this function and people report having to air dry the roller to prevent it smelling, not an issue with this. Takes around 1 hour and roller is dry as a bone, ready for the next use. It talks to you, tells you when clean water tank is empty, dirty one full etc. so makes it very easy to use. If I had to say one negative it would be the weight of it, but the flip side to this is that it feels really sturdy and not cheap and flimsy. It propels itself across the floor and then you have to pull it back, but my arms get a good workout!
The floors in my house are a mixture of tiled, laminate and LVT. It works great on all of them, especially my light grey quartz tiles, they have never looked so shiny and it leaves no streaks. I have had this around a month and used it quite a bit as I love it. Mopping was my least favourite household chore, but not any more!

Best Wet & Dry Vacuum I’ve Used
I had a small issue at the beginning, but with the quick and helpful support from customer service, it was resolved. Now I am very satisfied with the vacuum’s performance. It cleans the floor thoroughly, dries the roller well, and makes it much easier to deal with my dog’s drool on the floor. A great purchase!

Great product. Previously had a vax glide. This is much better more powerful and with the self cleaning and drying mode makes things a lot easier. A lot quieter when in use. Although the self cleaning is a little noisy. Very easy to manoeuvre at the motorised feature is great. Would give a 9/10

Leaking out of water tank, brand new out box
Terrible leaking on setup, was leaking out clean water tank, took it back to Aberdeen thinkassemble.co.uk where I had a staff member who was rude.

Game changer
After reading a few reviews I am so pleased I decided to purchase the h12, my daughter tried it and she bought one, we love it!! Solid and sturdy, easy to use and does a brilliant job of washing and vacuuming, a little heavier than my old one but that’s not an issue! The self cleaning mode is brilliant and works a treat, would definitely recommend 😁
