Bought three sets of dinnerware sets on line
Had to return one set as there was a couple of faults on the stoneware
We had to return the set before they would send out replacement.
The comuication was poor about the process

thinkassemble.co.uk failing to rectify an issue
Contacted thinkassemble.co.uk to request a partial refund as one plate has a small chip. I thought this would be better than replacing a whole box which would be wasteful and time consuming. Have been waiting for thinkassemble.co.uk to action but still chasing them as I type – been a week. Find it hard that thinkassemble.co.uk can’t manage a partial refund on an item costing £50 – they’ve requested various photos which I’ve sent and still I wait.

Looks nice on dinning table but they are made of some sort of clay and chip easily if plates hit anything even if gently, also quite heavy and difficult to put in dishwasher due to size

I came across these in store and loved them however the price was a tad on the high side. During Black Friday sales it was reduced and i purchased it. Quality material, feels like this dinner set will last a long time. Delivery was super quick.

very impressed, they look exactly how the picture shows. they feel heavy and good quality. We have had them around a month and they wash perfect would highly recommend if your after a nice looking dinner set that wont break the bank

Excellent stoneware set for the money, just be aware that they can chip if you accidentally hit them together when taking out of the dishwasher.
