Good quality ice cream at home
A solid device that processes ice cream to make it a creamier texture. You can use store bought ice cream and use the “respin” option to turn it to soft serve, or freeze your own mix for at least 24 hours whether it be a bought ice cream mix, your own ice cream mix, sorbet, frozen yoghurt, or “fruiti” fruit based soft serve. The family has enjoyed the results of this machine. I especially recommend the custard based ice gelato options that makes ice cream options a lot tastier than regular ice cream. The creami series also seems to be popular for those looking for low calorie ice cream options. If you read online, you’ll see complaints about it being loud, but it was quieter than I was expecting even though comparable to other noisy appliances in use.
If you want your own ice creams/sorbets on the regular then this device is worth considering. The lower end models are also an option if soft serve isn’t a priority and you can still respin on those models to give it a similar consistency. More tubs helps give you more frozen treat options so that the 24 hour prefreeze in the freezer becomes less of an issue and also keep in mind prices of ingredients which might sound obvious. Each swirl pint offers 4 servings, although if you’re using a bowl instead of cones and use the soft serve option it’s easy to get 3 servings instead.
I’ve also noticed that with this I’ve craved the more processed sugary stuff less. I do recommend people consume less of that are more on stuff you make yourself.
