Mine leans backwards
Good BBQ, but mine leans backwards, as the caster wheels are different heights. Nexgrill sent out two new Castor plugs, but they were the same as the original.

Used this for the first time yesterday and it’s great!! Easy to use, easy to clean and the food was tasty. Enough said !

Good BBQ after lengthy assembly, faulty to start
A good quality BBQ but beware of the lengthy time to assemble it (over 2 hours). Once assembled one of the burners was found to be faulty. Discussions are still ongoing about a resolution. Initial conversations suggest stripping down the BBQ which should not be expected for a new purchase.

Faulty parts
The performance of this BBQ is hood. No complaints. However, its a self build and the wheels on ours do not fit properly. Weve been waiting 3 months for new parts through thinkassemble.co.uk. Ive soent hours chasing it up and have been really really disappointed with my experience. If we dudnt have this problem with the wheels we would have been happy with the product. Expected more of thinkassemble.co.uk to be honest.

Great quality, easily assembled with simple and affective instructions. Only one part of the assembly needs 2 people. As for the cooking experience, I’m smuggling to get to use it as everyone else sees it and insists on taking over BBQ’ing duties. First impressions an excellent purchase.

Nice size and functionality, but build finish lets it down – little wheels need to be more robust and way too many sharp metal edges around the table areas – easy cut hands, a real shame as it cheapens a good product.
