Initially bought 3 of these units, and have since ordered 2 more for the office. First impressions are very good, and worked fine without problems with Yealink ip phones. Office staff are happy, but I cannot comment at this time on how they will perform long term. Appear to be excellent value for many. As things stand I would not hesitate to buy again in the future. N.B. If you have a very noisy office you may be better off with headphones with audio in both ears rather than in one. Alternatively, you could buy an earplug!

Arrived as expected. Easy to set up and it is easy to put it on. Very comfortable. Quality is there. Otherwise , you need to put microphone at specific angle (directly opposite your lips) in order for the other person to hear me.Comes in adapters too…
