The measure of a good company is how they respond when something goes wrong. This is a good little headset that worked fine for two years before the contact between the microphone arm and the headphones started to wear. One day it was fine and then it just crackled incessantly. For £27 it lasted well. However it was one week inside the warrantee and they made sure I had a replacement within days. Great service and I highly recommend them.

Bought two of these to add to my Yealink business phone system now that we are working from home in a cabin and need to avoid disturbing each other when on the phone. They work perfectly and provide a very simple cost effective solution.It would have been nice to have had some padding on the top, but apart from that they are just perfect.

Bought them as my job requires a lot of time spent on the phone. The sound quality is good , the customers hear me well, sometimes I have cracks on the line but not sure if that is bc of the headsets. Towards the end of the day I do feel the pressure on my ears but I guess for the money you pay for these headsets it is ok. Overall they are priced competitively for the quality . Recommend

I found the cord on this was always dragging the headset off my head, it’s fairly heavy in comparison the the rest of it, so I found it quite awkward to wear all day
