Bought this for a work phone to make it easier to work on the PC and be on the telephone at the same time. Arrived on time as promised, well packaged. Had problems trying to get the unit to work and couldn’t figure it out ourselves via the instructions, had to have the building engineer do it for us so was disappointed it wasn’t just plug and play.Have found the sound quality to be variable and there is a bit of a delay sometimes when answer a call or responding in speech during a call.Overall for the money it was a decent purchase

The mic constantly falls down so having to lift every 2 secondsThe headpiece can literally pull out chunks of hair and the rubber part on end of the head band tangles and grips hair. I literally have to cover it with a sock. :(Wouldn’t be so bad if the mic didn’t constantly fall.I want a replacement or a refund

I was going to replace this one to the headset of my desk phone. The old headset is bit worn out but has good quality of sound. I was very disappointed when I replaced the old one with this one. Apparently the sound quality was sharp almost hurting my ear, I only used it for one hour and have to bin it for good.
