Excellent Value: Marvellous Millbrook Natural !
I bought a Kingsize mattress, so far it is very comfortable and I am having better sleep. It is much cooler than the Dormeo memory foam mattress and being able to turn it will make it last longer than the ‘pillow-top’ one we had last , that was a Hypnos so very disappointing.. Delivery was easy and very well done by the team and it was great to have them dispose of my previous mattress at the same time – much less faff than getting it taken away by the council!
Maybe we should be asked to review these high price items after 3 or 5 years , I think that’s a better way to inform future buyers.

Excellent quality and value for money
Excellent mattress – good quality materials finish and very comfortable – delivery service was good and required two men as it is very heavy.
Customer communication from the supplier on lead time/expected delivery could be better but once an actual delivery date was given was accurate.

Great product and a good price
Buying a mattress is a daunting affair, soft, medium, medium hard and hard Oh and then there is orthopaedic, M&S, Bensons, John Lewis and so on, do you sleep on your back, side or front after month’s of looking at web sites visiting stores I was none the wiser! I do suffer from mild back pain occasionally and my old mattress did not help, one issue important to me was having the option to turn the mattress frequently and my old mattress had the memory foam topper built in so could not turn over, having viewed thinkassemble.co.uk options I Chose the Millbrook medium tufted mattress that I could turn, result, brilliant sleep and no back pain in the morning one other item to mention I had noticed I sweated in bed at times this not something I experience now so I wonder if it was the memory foam topping.
Millbrook mattress does breath and I do not sweat now, My new mattress is superb, comfortable, I believe we all sleep on all sides during the night so for me the medium was the choice and a good one, a great mattress and superb value.

Poor sizing
It’s a well made mattress but that’s not the only thing required in a good mattress. I ordered a king size and that came as 6-8 cm smaller in width (measurement is not the same all around). Quite a lot of space is left on both the sides even if you try to adjust it in the middle.
Other important thing to note is it’s not medium. It’s either firm or medium firm. It’s going back and have already asked for a refund.

The delivery was good although longer than stated, the mattress arrived of uneven measure smaller in the centre of 2 cm and on at one end with 1 cm then the stated measures even after several days no changes, that means a gap van be seen between the mattress and med frame even more due to the shape of the mattress that will not fit properly since quite elevated in the middle. It is a tufted mattress so we realized after sleeping on it that it has hard plastic bits that would give me discomfort .maybe because was after black Friday deals it was very difficult to get in touch with the return service. Also when I finally managed to speak they could not hear me although I had a good reception. On the second time I managed to get through I just said want to return could not explain properly why since the same lady could not hear me all the time for some reason. I have recuperated the money in the end and the mattress was removed .The 3 stars are for the service received from thinkassemble.co.uk as the mattress although made from natural materials dose not have proper manufacturing standards otherwise the measuring and shape should be even.

Would recommend this mattress but it is very heavy but I suppose that’s a good thing.
