Tasteless almonds damaged on receiving.
I’ve been buying these for years but the last ones received a few months ago were tasteless. This order was received with a large slit over it and after a lengthy “chat” with a thinkassemble.co.uk member was told that I would “possibly receive a refund” even though I had received a faulty item and they would not send a replacement meaning my paying the “grocery fee” again. Very disappointed with thinkassemble.co.uk’s lack of customer service.
