Perfect Buy
Really pleased with Keter shed, looks and feels sturdy. Bought the 9ft 6inch by 7ft 6 inch with the side opening, has two windows and roof skylight so plenty of light coming in.Waited for thinkassemble.co.uk to put on Hot Buys. Saved us £250 pounds so could then purchase the installation offered, was installed within 2hours. Would have taken 2 days for ourself to install. Plenty of room, perfect buy for us.

Don’t bother
I ordered side entry, but front entry arrived – it was very difficult to verify the exact model that was sent, in the end I could only rely on the diagrams printed on the box which were not very helpful
A replacement was ordered and £50 refund as a goodwill gesture given
The replacement was also front entry at which point I cancelled the order
The second item was collected on July 1st and I was told the refund would take up to 10 working days
Still no refund by July 18th, but after many calls it arrived but they had deducted the £50 goodwill payment – so I don’t feel much goodwill at the moment
I have requested it be reinstated but I’m not holding my breath

Keter shed
Shed was relatively easy to build over a few days but definitely requires at least two people. Nice and sturdy once built and took a bit of fettling to get the doors straight but then our base was on old concrete driveway which was a bit uneven in places. The worst part about the whole process was the delivery which took several weeks and the delivery company XPO weren’t very customer friendly or flexible when they contacted me and were impossible to get hold of subsequently with no updates on delivery times after the delivery date had been confirmed. Very poor indeed and I would have to reconsider ordering anything from thinkassemble.co.uk again if they were using this company for delivery

Happy Customer
I needed a space in my garden where I could put a desk and chair and use as an occasional office. The size of this shed was perfect. I had built some of the Keter products before and knew that I was buying a quality product. It does take a little bit of DIY knowledge to put it together, as getting the right tightness for the screws can be tricky, especially if built on a warm day when the plastic is softish.
The instructions were not perfect, but good enough. Be careful not to overtighten the screws, and enjoy your product.

Keter Newton Plus – Complete Disappointment
Unpacked at weekend and started to assemble, Keter sent wrong parts so was unable to complete the shed as diagram. Had to change things around as Keters wait times for parts was horrendous. It is built but obviously not as advertised or photographs shown. What do you do when you have to finish building a shed that is not to standard as advertised and only the weekend to finish? thinkassemble.co.uk and Keter very unhelpful. Did not have to logic to understand the problems at all even with video and photos! Very disappointed with both customer services. thinkassemble.co.uk customer services use to be very polite and knowledgeable. Now when you call you constantly repeat yourself to them and they still get it completely wrong. Very poor.

Assembly can be a challenge
this is a great product but be warned if you do not like self assembly then this would not be the product for you. The instructions are a bit vague and do seem to not run consecutively the door attachments and frame could really do with a revamp as they seem to be an after thought and not of the same quality as the rest of the components other than that if you have a day a few electric screws and can do self assembly this is very good product

Problems with Keter shed
A good product which has 2 flaws however, 1. The fllor is very weak and when I dropped a tool onto it it made quite a hole, have reinforced the floor using plywood.2. The second door has no closing mechanism so when you open the right hand door there is no way to stop the left door from blowing open unless you put a brick or something next to it.

Great shed and flexible enough to make it smaller when the space we had didn’t quite work as expected. Looks great and installation was more faffy than anticipated but def do-able. Good price (on offer) and delivery guys were fab a leaving in the back garden.

This is an excellent shed! The build quality is very high and it is worth every penny.
Assembly instructions are very detailed yet easy to follow, and the build is relatively easy and only needs two people on occasion.

A great value for money shed . straightforward pictorial instructions make it a relatively build for two people to finish in about six hours. The finished shed is very sturdy and has a smart appearance.

Slightly smaller than advertised lips on sides included in size, some holes for screws were incorrect when assembling to fit correctly, maybe manufacturing issue or one off?

Excellent shed. Delivered on time in 3 huge boxes. Everything as it should be. Built (on my own) 2 days. Really needs 2 for some of the work. Looks great.

Look at a wooden shed!
Difficult to build!
There were 2 of us building this shed and to be totally honest it was a pain to construct.
I’m not a novice DIYer and my partner in crime is a builder.
Every step of the way was painful and slow.
When it says that the shed will take about 6-8 hours to finish – well that’s a joke. 10-12 is closer to the reality.
The instructions are all pictures and in a similar vain to IKEA.
Trying to get the doors level nearly finished our friendship and we had to walk away for another day.
Once complete the shed looks ok – only ok and I don’t think it will last very long.
The door stop for the doors – obviously – has broken with minimal use.
I contacted Keter to try and get hold of a replacement – what a joke – lead time is 4-5 months.
I gave up and have 3D printed a replacement, with much more plastic around the screw holes, so it won’t shatter if a mouse walks on it again.
In summary when I look at my new shed, and the price I paid, I wish I’d gone for a wooden shed and avoided this plastic mess.
Good luck if you do buy one – I did try and warn you.

Great Addition to My New Garden!
After recently having my garden landscaped, getting a shed was a top priority. Since this is my first ever shed, I wanted something that was a good size and matched the look of my garden.
The ordering process was a bit slow — it took some time for the company to get in touch to arrange delivery, and I had to follow up with a few phone calls. Delivery was limited to certain days in my area, so the wait was longer than expected.
That said, once the shed arrived and was assembled, I was really impressed. It’s sturdy, stylish, and fits beautifully into my garden. The fact that I got it at a discount makes it even better.
Overall, I’m really happy with my new shed. It was worth the wait!
