Great shed
I’m not gonna lie, it’s an absolute nightmare to erect if there’s a the slightest of breezes or wind as was our case.
Even without a wind, I would say a competent DIYer should take on this with a degree of confidence.
It is absolutely essential the ground where it is going needs to be flat. But once built it seems pretty sturdy, I shall wait and see for winter.
I would highly recommended you inspect every external piece before erecting, I didn’t and found a fault in the door, it’s an unsightly manufacturing error purely cosmetic and doesn’t effect the door function it’s just unsightly.
However to get the door off will require the removal of the roof and THATS not happening. The company are replacing the door as opposed to knocking some off the price which I’d prefer, but there you go. So I can’t really knock them for their customer service as they’re sending me a new door 😂.
But be warned!!! Check before you erect.
Would I buy it again? Absolutely and of course you get the exceptional customer service from thinkassemble.co.uk free delivery and there was £250
Off the original price.
If you can afford to pay to have it erected PAY!!

Excellent Product
Comes in two massive boxes – instructions and diagrams are easy to follow. This shed must be laid on a completely flat base as even the slightest deviation can cause the shed roof and doors to be difficult to fit together properly.
It took 2 people a good 10 hours to complete the build and the finished shed is impressive and water tight. We had appalling weather just after finishing and not a drop of water got in.
The shed is exactly what we wanted and the quality is excellent. I would highly recommend this shed but follow the instructions and ensure the base is flat. Reckon it will last for ages with minimal maintenance

Disappointed, not the sort of thing you can return
A lot of the screws felt too flimsy when screwing into the plastic, be careful screwing them in as they will strip far too easy if your not careful. Roof holes not lining up so too much push & pulling just to aline the screw holes. The centre roof skylight was I nightmare to fit to the roof panels and what screws did manage to line up and screw in were so weakly biting onto the plastic I’d better not sneeze on them. The only thing so far to impress me is the shed has not leaked so far. I was very gentle putting this shed together and very gentle using it as its joints do not feel strong.

Plastic shed
Appears very good, poor instructions as previous comments stated. I would suggest a security improvement that the locking/bolt section should have a metal plate either side of the door, i am sure gaining entry would be very simple with the use of a crow/gemmy bar because the screws retaining the door bolt sysyem screws into plastic and not a metal plate either side of the door. Apart from that it is maintenance free and looks good

Top marks
Having purchased wooden sheds in the past which have served me well albeit they needed to be treated every few years and have the roof felt replaced, I was at first unsure about going ‘plastic’ having been able to view a built shed in thinkassemble.co.uk I was impressed with the quality and other positive product reviews convinced me it was the right buy. Whilst fully capable of building it my myself time constraints were against me so I opted for the installation service. The guys who came were brilliant and built it in no time so all in all very pleased with the product, very pleased with the delivery and very pleased with the install.

Smart looking but had some issues
It’s a good looking shed but has issues as follows:- the metal poles that ran up the door were either too long or the gable receivers were too short either way the fable would not drip low enough to engage the retaining screws, ended up having to cut down the poles. I placed windows side by side but found afterwards that because the wall supports are only half length on these panels the wall is less stable. When the sun heats the shed up this section bows out a lot. I am having to add extra strengtheners. One of the doors is slightly bowed so the doors have to be persuaded to close and that worsens with the heat of the sun. The floor is ok but not very thick. Windows are very flimsy mainly due to the opening design feature which I don’t think is needed. It’s fairly easy to build and took 2 of us 6 hours. Overall I give it 3* but I think having also built a Ketter shed recently I think they are stronger and would give them 4*

Nice when built but some issues on route
Have now completed the shed build. The metal components are robust and add strength to the shed. Building the floor and the walls was easy, as was all the pre assembly work. Attaching the roof was a different matter however. The roof struts do not have a fixed hold which complicates matters. The screws that attach the walls to the roof section do not go into a defined hole but a recess and I had to press hard with an impact driver to install these. The rear section of the roof was difficult to locate to the screw holes and the plastic bracket inserts flimsy. I ended up using L shaped brackets and self drilling screws to make it secure instead. Looks fine and is secure once complete but I think the basic roof fixings are poorly designed. I would recommend the purchase subject to the workaround mentioned

Very well made shed and good instructions.
First thing to say is, as with any shed, your base MUST be level. If it is not, no shed will work properly and this one is no different. It is expertly engineered and fitting the parts together is a joy. Had to fiddle with one truss but it did work in the end. Also had to fiddle with the translucent centre roof bit – ideally you need access to both sides of the shed so that it can be physically held down whilst someone inside puts the screws in.
All of the parts were well labeled as well as the fixings as well. The latter were in hard plastic with cardboard behind so you will need a sharp knife.
Instructions were very good and I was very pleased with the end result.

Good Size
Pleased with the shed as quite spacious given it’s size. Strong and well made product.

Decent Shed
I bought this shed January 2019, it was delivered on time in two large and heavy boxes which were left where I needed them. It would be difficult to move them without two strong men.
I built the shed in a day, with the help of my eleven year old son (the manual advises three men needed, thinkassemble.co.uk two men), it was relatively easy, but I am pretty handy.
I am happy with it now it is erected, it is weatherproof, solid and looks fine.

Lifetime 7ft x 12ft (2.1 x 3.7m) Simulated Wood Lo
The 2 very large boxes arrived which the delivery guys couldn’t hardly lift. One box had a lot of damage and I could see one broken part without even opening the box. However after a couple of conversations with customer services I decided to carry on and build the shed then replace the broken part later. I followed the very large instruction manual page by page and it took me most of the day, I built most of it on my own except for certain areas where 2 people are needed. I thought it was a good build not overly difficult, the product is good and everything lines up and fits nice. I am pleased that I chose this product instead of a wooden shed. The broken part was the skylight and was sent very quickly to me from America and the thinkassemble.co.uk customer service staff were very helpful especially Pravina.

maintanance free
i have just bought this it was very easy to put together any problems look on utube so pleased with this maintainance free shed only thing i was disappointed with is you only get one shelf and to buy more shelves is very expensive if you can find them

The shed is built well.
Nice Shed that is well built. Instructions are ok at time but at times difficult to follow. We had 3 people overall assemblying and following the instructions to construct the shed and it took us over a day to build in between the rain break. The most difficult part being the clear roof and not enough screws. Not sure we lost them or there wasn’t enough because there were alot of screws. Overall the shed is of good quality and looks nice

Great but ,design fixing changed
Love theses sheds having one for the last 5 years,so we purchased another.Only grip was the roof panel fixing. They where much stronger on my old shed compaired to this one .Only use a screwdriver to fix them and not a drill as the srews go right through the fixing on side panels

Lifetime Shed
Very happy with this lifetime shed. Mine arrived fine with no missing or broken pieces, luckily for me. I found the instructions fine to follow with all pieces handily labelled and referenced well at all stages of the build. I did the build myself over 2 days mostly on my own (prob took about 10 hours) but definitely needed another person for the roof as the roof sections needed a fair bit of persuading to slot into the right position, this also made the skylight tricky to fit but we got there in the end and is definitely water tight.
I would recommend viewing the lifetime youtube videos especially for the gable end fixing as instructions for fitting the clips were confusing and the youtube video method worked much better.
The only thing not included were the ground bolts, I used M8 Thunderbolts and 8mm drill bit into concrete flags with 10mm penny washers which seemed the right fit (fyi 10mm thunderbolts were too big for the washers)
Really like it now its built, looks smart with plenty of room and seems solid. I like that it has 4 roof trusses for extra strength, as mentioned the locking system is pretty basic and not hugely secure but then it is a plastic shed.

Lifetime 7ft x 12ft Shed experience
This is a pretty awesome unit. It was simple enough to put up with good instructions on paper by a special app or online. Whichever suits. A flat ground is suited but not totally essential. I did have to make adjustments to my ground as I went along and after. Just make sure it is not totally uneven. I placed mine on plastic grids filled with stone with all on soft ground. I extended my grid 1 foot all round to shed size for info. Looks nice and stops any sort of ground dip that may occur.

Great shed
This is a great shed. It looks really nice and is a very good size. Putting it up was very difficult though. The roof light on the top was very difficult to position and screw in place. There may be a secret technique but we really struggled. I would recommend purchasing the installation package! Very happy now it’s up though!

Very Rude & Disrespectful Customer Care & Service.
Rude & aggressive thinkassemble.co.uk sub Contractor, Bought this shed & paid for the shed to be built by one of thinkassemble.co.uk Sub Contractors. One man arrived at my house an hour late, his attitude towards my 80 year old mother was very rude & disrespectful which was recorded on camera refused to erect the shed as he claimed the base was not level and left. The Shed instructions & assembly videos states minimum of 3 people. thinkassemble.co.uk Customer Service Were No Better & Did Not Want To Know They should be Ashamed Employing Sub Contractors With Poor Customer Care & Evan Worst Manners.

Looks amazing
Just put together, instructions clear – did take 6 hours to put together, but time went quick. Word of advice do NOT put up on a windy day or you will need 10 people to hold the sides. Well with the money.

Great shed
You need to be reasonable at DIY, but the shed is good, and stays dry even in heavy rain, and it looks good and will never need painting. It will never rot like a wooden one. Very happy with it.
