Poor Quality Control and Defective Products
Extremely poor / nonexistent quality control. Products are obviously packaged and shipped with damaged contents that should be rejected before packing. Also, the packaging is not sufficiently protective resulting in additional corner damage to the contents. I have had to return multiple purchases of this item due to defective and/or damaged contents. The supplier (Keter) needs to address these ongoing quality and service issues, which result in considerable inconvenience and unnecessary additional cost to both the reseller and customer.

Damaged and not easy to receive a replacement part
Great product but one of the door brackets was damaged and the door fell off after build. Not wanting to dismantle, return, and rebuild the product I contacted Keter but they don’t have the spare part in stock. They may be able to provide a replacement part within 30 days but no guarantee.
Seems absolutely crazy and very poor for a product that refers to its eco credentials that if the part cannot be replaced the entire unit will be wasted.

Damaged on delivery
This cupboard might be ok but unable to comment as the box it arrived in was seriously damaged and opened at one end, So half the parts are missing or damaged, therefore unable to commence the build, Keters instructions ask that you contact them first, having done that they have now said to get onto thinkassemble.co.uk and ask for a replacement to be sent out due to excess issues.
Still awaiting a response or acknowledgement from thinkassemble.co.uk, Also it does not help when they only send it out on a one man delivery for a box weighing 48kg, no wonder they get excess damage !! will amend review when and if i get to install this unit.

Ideal Shed
We chose this due to restricted space and it works well
easy to build but worth reading all the instructions before starting and identifing pieces setting aside the different parts
we have placed items which need access to weekly and now we don’t have to search in for in the garage wasting time

Very good.
Great sheds and easy to assemble. There is a mistake on the size as they are 5’6’’ not 4’5’’. Straightforward to build with exceptionally good instructions. Look at the pictures carefully. You do need 2 people for some of it. Time will tell if they stand up to the elements. They are robust and ours are sheltered. Delivery was faultless, totally undamaged and great delivery man.

Purchased 4, took a while to put 1st one together but soon got the hang of it.

Nice looking small shed.
Nice and compact, the shelves are an excellent bonus and has now allowed all our gardening products, fertilisers etc to be stored in one place, rather than having to hunt through the other sheds to find things.
Assembling instructions are a bit complicated and you may have to read them a few times, but everything is numbered which does make finding the correct piece a bit easier. It does have to be assembled on a flat level surface though otherwise the roof will not fit.
Had a problem with delivery, but after calling thinkassemble.co.uk it was delivered the next day.
Overall though a great little shed that serves its purpose.

Bad service from Keter on faulty item
Paid for assembly and just had the doors to put on. Found edge of RH door broken. Keter don’t know when they can replace the door. Only option is wait or pay again for someone to disassemble, get replacement and pay for assembly again. Offered to order whole shed and send it back after swapping the door. thinkassemble.co.uk said no but on insisting said they would contact Keter. Still waiting for a reply.

Study and easy to build shed
Instructions are easy to follow and therefore easy to build. You do need 2 people to assembly at certain stages, but overall it is possible to build on your own and takes about 1 hour. Make sure you place this on a flat ground when building otherwise the whole fitting may be crooked and you will have to start again. On a negative note (and minus 1 star) there was damage to one of the rear panels and the main roof panel – both slightly bent. Could still get the shed built but would have preferred no damage overall.

Well worth the money! Quite easy to follow the instructions! Definitely took longer than the time they recommended. You will need 2 people for putting the roof on it. Waterproof and dry inside.
Looks and feels bigger than the pictures.

The shed arrived destroyed, as with so many other reviews. thinkassemble.co.uk were a nightmare to deal with, their customer service can’t read an email and I ended up having to chargeback the transaction! DO NOT BUY until they sort a decent courier.

Delivered in substandard condition
I initially reported the issue to thinkassemble.co.uk, supplying both photos and a full description of the damage. Surprisingly, a week later, I was asked to resubmit the same information. It’s now been over five weeks with no further response—a disappointing level of service.
That said, the Keter product itself is excellent, and I’m pleased with it overall. Unfortunately, the scratches and scuffs appear to be the fault of the delivery company, not the manufacturer.
Still, I expected better follow-up from thinkassemble.co.uk. Where’s the customer care that your reputation is built on, thinkassemble.co.uk?
