Tacky electricals
The shower / steam unit is ok but the electronic control panel is cheap, tacky and not touch sensitive. I had it installed and the entire electricals failed within two weeks of installation.

Insignia steam shower
This was purchased when on special offer, so the price was reduced quite significantly, which was great for us. The product itself was not as easy to install as suggested and required a plumber and electricians advice to set up as the cable is too short. thinkassemble.co.uk delivered it pretty quickly though, considering it was in December and a pandemic going on!

the unit is rubbish short of screws,waste damaged the doors are not sealed for the sauna left message for return call still waiting. no help on putting together

Fitting Shower.!
The shower is lovely, works great, but don’t believe you can shower in a hour as instructors say, maybe four hours is about right.

Great fast delivery via an not lorry so better.
Shower is easy to install couple problems ie bent pipe 4 missing covers but a quick call to them and in post couple days later. Instalation video on you tube shows how to build it

Great product, very quick delivery and looks excellent value for money. 1 issue with the monsoon head once built, but Insignia customer support sent a replacement part immediately. So great confidence going forward.

We love this steam shower, If I was to be picky, the only disappointment is that the music function is mono and there is no easy way to alter that for stereo output!

Longer to fit than they claim
Takes a lot longer to fit than they claim. If you’ve not got a large bathroom, it’s difficult to put together.
Our control panel is faulty, but they replaced it quickly without any problems. Good customer services.
