Poor quality Hose
Apart from very poor quality hose pipe overall its okey.

Very happy with the shower we purchased the service as well was good, there was a part missing and I spoke to customer service and they got the part sorted and delivered to us ASAP ,however we bought a TV from you online, paid by card, I get email notifications saying the order is coming through then last minute we get told our TV order was cancelled I’m very disappointed with this service, hopefully you can send us the TV make us happy

Looks great in the pictures, however the reality is far less appealing, firstly arrived with some damage, which I guess happens, this is being dealt with, but the build quality is sub standard and not at all what one would expect from something bought via costco, and the price charged, the Hose clips on the back were as tight as they could be, given they are of poor quality, (any tighter and they would have stripped) these have since been replaced with decent ones due too us being flooded twice as hoses popped off when altering the flow from hand held to Monsoon, personally I would advise against purchasing one of these, most disappointed overall and that is at the far cheaper thinkassemble.co.uk price, than advertised on the web, I would be crying had I paid that amount for the thing
