Great shower
The shower looks amazing in my new bathroom. Easy to assemble.

Insignia Steam Shower
Supplied without an installation manual which has to be downloaded and printed. Not easy to find correct model to download, a link would make it a lot easier. Also a few stickers on the parts for identification and direction of installation would be helpful.
I had to make 18 calls to get through to the helpline which is only open from 10.30am to 3.30pm.
I had a query about the door seal which does not meet the glass hence allowing a lot of steam to escape from the cabinet. I was told this was normal. I have one of their steam baths which does not do this.
The first time I used this my floor was flooded caused by the hose clips on the preinstalled white pipes to the jets not being sufficiently tightened. one hose came off and none of the other ones were tightened properly. Worth checking before using.
The tap which controls the jets, hand shower and overhead shower has tiny symbols {silver on silver} on it which are impossible to read in a steam filled cabinet . Some larger script in a contrasting colour would help.
Once all the initial problems are overcome it is a decent product but could be improved. sound and light are excellent . It gives a very refreshing shower.

Was easy to install, very good stern and powerful shower .
Only the shower stool is not recommended to use in the shower tray as it might split the tray .

Not the quality I usually expect from costco. It is just about OK, but the radio is very poor indeed, water temprature is not thermoststicly controlled and the base creaks and cracks when I stand in it like it is going to break any second.

12 year’s ago we built a similar steam cubicle but over a bath but this time we wanted a shower cabin. The Insignia Diamond ticked all the boxes because of its sliding door. Other designs from the same make had doors that open out which we didn’t want.
The installation was reasonable due to only on line instructions which at some stages left you wondering what a parallel vertical line is.
Insignia advertise click and shower with in the hour ! Even with all the plumbing ready give it a good day for a first time. There are plenty of Insignia videos on line to show assembly but only for the quadrant shower which has one curved frame. Insignia don’t supply the three flexible long hoses that you will need but can be purchased locally.
All in all a decent bit of kit with adequate room inside and lights the whole bathroom when on in various colours if wanted. The steamer only takes a 2 minutes max to start up.
