Arrived promptly aldo delivery man was helpfull. Was not diffcult to assemble with the help of youtube. Showering is enjoyable also the steam and flashing lights kids absolutley love it. So far so good no leaks and the way it is designed I dont think we should. Once again another great experience with thinkassemble.co.uk.

Insignia quadrant shower
Instructions not brilliant for the position of adhesive gum, do a dry run and Mark it’s position. Flexible hose useless had to replace it with one that wouldn’t kink.
Once up and running works well.

We are delighted with this shower. Loving all the extras, which all work really well, didn’t think We would use them all but we do. Needed to follow the YouTube video when assembling it. Would highly recommend.

Poor quality.
The first item arrived with seriously damaged casing. There were heavy metal barrels that had fallen onto the packaging which contains glass. I refused to accept this delivery. Insignia quickly dispatched a replacement item which arrived intact. But when our fitters checked the parts, the basin was deformed. I did not want to wait for a replacement basin and have the cost of the fitters having to come back, so we fitted it. It works ok and has some nice features but I wouldn’t buy it again.
