nice little tag, works as described, very easy to setup and give the locat updates regularly, especially in areas where people are present with their android phonesSpeaker could be louder and battery life seemse decent so far, 6 months and still good for a few couple more. Changing the battery ia quite simple, just male sure you don’t damage rhe mwtal connector as I did, but HH-tech were prompt enough to send me a replacement

These are great, they work really well to know where things are, I’m currently in Thailand but have left a tracker in my car, so know that it hasn’t moved from airport parking, and was also able to make sure that my checked in luggage followed me all the way including a flight transfer in the middle East. They were so easy to set up and work really well, I can also share them with my wife so we can track from either phone.

HH-Tech [Android Only] Smart Tracker Tag 1 Pack with 1 Case Works with Google Find Hub, Bluetooth Item Finder Locator for Keys, Wallet, Suitcase & Bags (Black)I have some other HH-Tech Smart tags I received through the vine programme in May 2025 and in all honesty they were a disaster. Once in use or when changing the battery one of the battery terminals would shake loose or detach when changing the battery.Fortunately HH-TECH customer services read my review and immediate reached out offering replacements on all three affected tags, sadly the new tags had the same manufacturing flaw and once again they were replaced next day FOC, these tags later failed for the same reason and again were replaced FOC with next day delivery. Upon inspection the solder joints were clearly upgraded and so far have worked flawlessly.I needed another tag and because of HH-Techs dedication to customer satisfaction I snapped this one up again via the thinkassemble.co.uk Vine Programme. Immediately I opened it up to check the solder joints and found that they had yet again been improved, to me this was clear evidence of a company listening to their customers and improving their product to deliver on expectations.This new tag has been working perfectly so far since putting it to use upon its arrival.The tags comes boxed with a battery installed plus a spare, a rubber cover, split ring for attachment, trim tool to open for battery replacement and instructions.Connection to the Google Find Hub is extremely easy once the app is downloaded if you don’t have it already.It is important to note that these tags rely on Bluetooth from devices in the vicinity, basically using other people’s Bluetooth as network to report its location with reasonable accuracy, again depending on Bluetooth devices in the area.If you want pin point middle of nowhere GPS tracking then you’ll need to pay a subscription fee for it. These tags don’t cost a penny to operate but work best in more populated areas, otherwise you will not get an updated location until there is a Bluetooth device in the vacinity.Overall I’m happy with the tags performance for my purposes in my populated area. I’m really happy that HH-Tech persevered in rectifying the solder joint issues proving they listen to their customers.
