Great flooring, great service, shocking delivery
Let’s be clear – the flooring is really nice. We bought a lot for our conservatory early in the year and found ourselves with nearly a box leftover. Only having a small bathroom we decided to redo the bathroom. This would require only buying an additional 2 boxes. These were ordered online, no problem and arrived in 2 days – via Parcelforce. Just two boxes of flooring in a box – no packaging. One end of both boxes was bashed – every piece broken beyond use. Called customer services, very apologetic, no problem, send you two new ones, just destroy the broken ones. 2 days later two more boxes arrive by Parcelforce. Also broken. Customer services, really sorry, we’ll speak to the supplier, just destroy them we’ll send replacements. Next day another box arrives – still by Parcelforce – all broken. We now have 6 boxes of broken flooring from 3 deliveries. thinkassemble.co.uk very apologetic and promise to sort it. Next day – via courier a box arrives – obviously a larger box cut down and overlapped a bit to supply a bit more protection. And hey – nothing broken. So nearly 2 weeks of quite a few phone calls, photographs and emails but we are there. thinkassemble.co.uk are great. Parcelforce less so. And thinkassemble.co.uk suppliers need to rethink how they ship. But the flooring is great – good robust stuff. Easy to lay. OK to cut – use a laminate blade on your jigsaw obviously. But buy lots – on a pallet. Buy more than you need. Don’t end up just ordering one or two like we did.

Click/Clunk
I saw the quality of these boards and immediately chose them to compliment the new kitchen we were having.
Ordered on line and delivery was quickly arranged for a date to suit me. Arrived well packaged and delivered on a pallet to my back door making them easy to pick up and lift into my house.
I am not a professional workman but decided to lay this flooring after having read the easy to understand instructions.
It went down like a dream. The boards were so easy to interlock (click) and gently tap together on the joint with a rubber mallet (clunk).
Easy to saw to length and just requires a small expansion gap on the edges as I laid the whole floor before starting to fit my cupboards.
Really impressed with the quality and the final look.

Almost every box contained a defective plank. Fourteen percent of the planks delivered to us were defective. Please order plenty extra.

Worth the price
The flooring is beautiful. It’s made my porch and hallway a lot brighter. It was easy to install as well as cut to to size when needed. The added thickness of the underlay really helps and makes the floor feel even more solid. Ordering online was really easy and when I did have an issue, the customer service was amazing. Delivery was quick but it is curb side so make sure you have someone with you to take delivery. I would recommend to anyone

uneven wood flooring
Product is excellent, living in old house, floor is uneven, plywood has been put down, but still having problems, one side is fine, other side comes up, being trying for 1 month to sort it out but, now having to use laminating glue to stick it down.

Good quality but hard to build.
Good quality laminate , hard, strong, but should be more in a pack as less in the pack design on the laminate same style on every 6 plank, l found it hard to click each other that make finish longer time and can’t be placed one by one that need to be connect all on one line then try to push in is hard work, l bought on b&q called dolce it was so much easier to connect each other as simple one by one, but this one is very good quality strong hard wearing but diffucult to build.

First impressions were very good in yerms of appearnce and quality, however as our fitter started opening product over 60% was warped.

Consistently good quality and price
We’ve had this for in a couple of our house now and it remains consistently good quality and therefore value for the price. We have suspended wooden floors so put a damp proof liner down as well underneath. The floor still went down well on top of it. We did reject a few where the ‘ink’ appeared a bit too blobby- but only a few planks- not boxes! We had a big area to cover and bought 120 boxes

Golden Select Toasted Honey Vs French Oak Compared
We were looking 5a match to the discontinued French Oak Golden Select laminated flooring. The Toasted Honey Oak colour is very similar in colour and is very slightly as shade lighter. The main difference is the width as each plank is appropriately 2 inches wider. As it is in adjacent room to the hallway the difference is barely noticeable.

Great flooring solution that was to lay.
Just played around 30 square meters of this is a hall, lounge and kitchen. Having played a number of laminate floors, this has been the easiest by far to lay. All easily clipped together without any need for additional tools and all joins are perfect. Time will tell as to how good it is and how long it lasts.
