Lovely colour but not the best quality
Beautiful colour but sadly the floor was difficult to install plus the quality is not great as it’s already chipping and getting stained after 6 weeks. Considering the price the product is not the best

Return of goods and collection date total disgrace
I returned this product as I was not happy with the quality very thin vinyl. It took over a week to arrange collection. I had to carry 31 packs outside and put them on the pallet. When the collection man did arrive he had nothing to wrap and secure the pallet even though customer services said they would bring it. The packs all fell off when the collection man attempted to put the goods on to the van. Luckily I had workmen in my house who helped the collection man to put the goods into the van. The arrangement and the collection was done on a wing and a prayer. The customer service and collection was just a disgrace from start to finish. This is why I have scored the lowest rating.

Three packs of the product were badly damaged in transit and had to be replaced. The vinyl flooring planks were not easy to install despite having the correct tools. Several of the planks are still not butted together properly. Based on my experience I would not recommend this product.

Although the product is of a high quality some of the planks were damaged on delivery and some were packed damaged as well. thinkassemble.co.uk replaced the damaged items but it did delay the installation
