Works fine but with some background noise. My phone line is still connected to broadband so I used ADSL filter to connect the RJ11 from the device directly to the phone.

I tried using two different SIMS on different networks and two different phones. There was not even a dialling tone. This is a great idea and would be so useful if it only worked! Perhaps some ‘technical support’ would help, but I have my doubts, and anyway none seems to be available.
