Problematic from the beginning.
I tried sticking with it, but the fact that it would not mop after only the 3rd use got to me in the end. Kept complaining about abnormal water level on the washboard and would not start mopping, tried everything to fix. Seems like a common issue when searching online. Also, at times it gets confused and stays in the same spot for 30 to 40 minutes. It takes too long to finish the job, sometimes taking 70 min plus to clean 3 rooms on the ground floor. I spent more time messing about with it, having to bail it out continually as it got stuck in certain places / surfaces, i may as well have just hoovered myself, which would take far less time.

Honestly I am in love with my new member of my family. I had a little trouble connecting the robot to my phone however, once I did, it was pretty straight forward. He works great, I am really happy with him.

Really pleased with my Dreame L10s ultra gen 2 vac
I was a bit dubious if the robot hoover would live up to expectations but it did not disappoint. Very easy to set up and map out the whole house. Really pleased with the fisished results especially the mopping feature as i have a mixture of carpet and hard flooring. I’m glad i chose this model after narrowing down my choices after a lot of research online. Price was excellent and seems to have all if not more features and suction power than most other brands in the higher price range and this being in medium price range backet.

Don’t buy it ….
This was not fit for purpose, I may have got a faulty one but this didn’t work at all for me. It didn’t have enough suction to ‘vacuum’ any thing from the carpet, and whilst the mop functionality did work a bit, I still had to mop the floor afterwards as it didn’t clean all the dirt which completely defeats the object. It also takes AGES (hours) to dry the mops once you have used them and makes a really loud noise the whole time. I don’t recommend at all….

We are very happy with our purchase. It was on sale so great value. It has freed up a lot of time. The vacuum does a good job, we’ve given 4 stars as the mopping is hit and miss. It was easy to set up over 3 floors and the app is simple to use too.

Dreame L10s Ultra Gen 2 Robot Vacuum
Great piece of equipment. Very happy with this product so far (have had it for a month)… Previously had an iRobot which kept on hitting objects, walls and didnt connect properly to app so had to go back. Got this one and very pleased with it… does not hit anything and is much quieter. Good mopping too. Mainly used on hard floor with some little patches of carpet or rug.

Was hesitant and thought about the purchase of one of these for ages. I am delighted I decided to go for it. Vacuuming good, mopping great. Automatically plots areas to clean, and different floor types.
I set up the ground floor to clean daily and the first floor i carry it up at least weekly and let it do its thing.

Value for money and do the job expected. Things can be much better if it has capability to clean skirting and corner more properly. May be if mops is triangular shape can help in cleaning the corners.

Great purchase, can’t comment on carpet as I don’t have. Ticks all the boxes. Very good app, mapping is also efficient. A lot of the settings can be tweaked to your environment.

Excellent Robo Vac. Self cleaning and powerful suction is amazing. it does all and great deal considering price point. App is much better and give options to map out furniture, no go zone, carpets vs floor, customise schedules as well. Obstacle avoidance is great as it cover most of the things accurately during mapping phase, and it keeps on improving at every run. Docking station does job really well in automatic dust dispensing and mop cleaning and drying functionalities. Plus it looks great.

Fantastic robot vacuum. Mapped out upstairs and downstairs. Does a great job of mopping and vacuuming. Quiet (except when emptying dust bag) and efficient. Gets into corners. Avoids bumping into any obstacles en route. Would recommend.
