Should have been a good mattress
Bought this mattress based on reviews but also on the feature of keeping cool and the mesh sides.
My experience of a previous foam mattress was that of always being to warm due to no air circulation. So the dormeo should have solved this issue by way of pocket springs and air mesh sides.
It didn’t, so I wondered why? I decided to unzip the cover and examined the sides, to my surprise there was several layers of material behind the air mesh but most surprised at one layer which was very dense. My conclusion is this was the issue! So it was returned, the service offered by was as expected and shall continue to shop there, all be it for a normal pocket srund mattress.

Spare Bedroom in Special again
Was unsure about buying this product, but needed a new mattress for spare room for Christmas, so took a chance after doing a little research online.
It arrived very rolled up promptly and once I’d got it up stairs and unpacked it expanded very quickly, we left it for two days to breathe before putting anything on it and I am pleased to report my 85 and 86 year old parents were very impressed and slept much better at our house than they have on the old mattress.
Quite firm but with some comforting give, very impressed and for the money I paid very good quality and value.

Decent mattress that provides good comfort.
Decent mattress considering the price. It’s the third we’ve bought and all have been good. When taken out of its packaging it smells strongly of… something (sweet chemically smell), but this disappears after a week or two. The outer walls squish down too easily with too little vertical strength, but the main mattress is fine and provides good support. The mattress is medium/firm (slightly more medium than firm really) and comfortable for 3-5 years of nightly use by adults. It’s well made and comes packaged very conveniently in a small plastic wrap: open it in the room the mattress is to be installed and it will slowly take its final shape. A good product.

I originally purchased this mattress in a single. I wanted a mattress for my main king size bed but couldn’t believe this could be as good as the reviews said for its price so chickened out and bought it for the spare bed first. I thought it wouldn’t be a big drama if it wasn’t that good. I was so so wrong. I love this mattress and bought it for my main bed too. They call it a medium-firm, I personally think it is a firm medium. I sleep on my front, and this supports me but allows my hips to slightly sink into the memory top. Super comfy. When you first get it, unroll it, and give it a good amount of time to expand. I’d give it 24hrs if you can. Put your fresh bedding on, lay down, and enjoy!

De-gas in a well vented room
The mattress arrives rolled up in plastic and a cardboard box. Ensure you place the mattress in position, as there are no handles to help move it, before you un-roll. Open windows. I slept in the same room as the mattress while it de-gassed and work up dizzy!
I contacted dormeo customer service who told me the onus was on to help. I’m not sure dormeo customer service would supportive should I experience further problems with the mattress
The mattress is comfortable. Soft edges – you can’t sit on the edge. And in three weeks seems to have contoured to my shape.

I was really surprised at how comfortable this mattress was. I bought it because I have some lower back problems and wanted something firmer and more supportive than our old mattress, which we had had for some years. I find this very comfortable – firm but not hard. It does have a slightly chemical smell about it, but this disperses after the first day or two. I was impressed at the quality, for the price we paid. I recommended it to a friend who also has back issues. He bought one and is also very happy with it.

Great mattress!
I bought this approx. 3 weeks ago. I needed a new mattress and decided to take a risk Based on the excellent reviews. I was not disappointed. The mattress came rolled vaccum packed and self inflated over the next few hours. It is a medium to firm mattress and I have always bought firm in the past but this is just as good. Very comfortable and I have been sleeping well since I got it. For the price I paid it is an excellent buy!

Comfortable and amazing value for money!
I bought this mattress about 3 weeks ago. I read the reviews and they were all great and the matress was on a special offer of £169! So we decided to give it a go. Both my husband and I have issues with our backs and I am heavier than my husband so we were a little concerned. We left it flat out to air and uncoil for 24 hrs. At first I was a little dubious but as the days passed we decided that we actually had a comfortable sleep on the mattress. It’s soft when you sit on it but as you lie down and it contours to your body you actually feel comforted. My kids love the mattress too and all want them for their beds too. I would recommend this mattress for comfort and a restful sleep and also for the price too. Great value.

The best mattress I have ever slept on
I saw this is the thinkassemble.co.uk brochure and thought I would give it a try my husband checked it out on the Dormeo website and was amazed at the saving we ordered it on the Monday and it was delivered on the Tuesday great delivery service we have used it of a couple of weeks now and it is the best nights sleep I have had I would and have recommended this ooking for a good memory foam mattress

Dormeo Hybrid Mattress
Bought this a week ago and its ok. The sides don’t hold up too well and I felt I might roll out of bed one night so much so I had to put an open thick book under the mattress at the point of getting in and out of bed to hold the side up. A little disappointing in that respect.

Great product. Great price!
Ordered two double mattresses at the beginning of December and due to such a busy time of the year, had to wait longer for delivery which was understandable. thinkassemble.co.uk made this clear at the point of ordering and kept us advised of current status. The mattresses are lovely and excellent value. Both of my children (young adults) have slept really well and find them supportive as well as soft due to the additional memory foam top.

This boxed hybrid mattress was an absolute steal at the price paid. It was delivered quickly. We took it out the box and let it puff up for 24hrs. It’s described as medium/firm. I would say it’s more medium. It was surprisingly bouncy when I sat on the edge of the mattress. It’s fine for my teenager, but may not be firm enough for some potential buyers who require firmer, robust support.
