Tap arrived complete with all the correct bits and pieces. Appears to be of a good quality and also comes with a 12-year guarantee, so i would expect this one to last. Fitting went well with no problems.

I ordered the pull-out version but found that it would not suit my needs and so ordered this tap. I can’t fault the company supplying this tap as it they were really helpful in exchanging the pullout tap for this version. I haven’t fitted it yet but it certainly looks to be very substantial and well-made. I can’t say anything negative at this point. The lady that I spoke to was very helpful.

Who needs a Franke tap when Deva is just as good.
Installed this Deva monobloc tap as a replacement for a Franke (the second time it had failed, costing £170). The installation was easy, the tap works great, and at a special online cost of £29.99p excellent value for money. WEll worth investing in.

This tapis really good value. The only minor niggle is yjat it appears to mix up with the hot and cold at the bottom of the swan nexk, so you need to run it a bit to get cold drinking water.

The mixer tap is so far ok. A draw back is that there is no notch on the nozzle and can’t be opened for cleaning the aerator if needed. I checked with the customer service who advised me to open it by hand. However, it is in vain even I tried with can gripper.
